I dearly miss my flying days in the late 1970's as a high schooler at Black Mountain in San Diego, California. (little black as it was often referred to) I had an Electra Flyer, Cirrus III, high performance glider. My favorite thing to do was speedrunning!!! Flying low and fast got my adrenaline pumping!!! Way better than sex!!! I only wished that go-pros were around in those days so that I would not have to rely on just memories. I am now too old to continue the sport. Best regards, Temo Gracia, P.E.
The other day I watched a video of two pilots past 80 and rocking top landings in Australia. A teen in late 70s... So you are like, only 60ish? Go get your ass off the couch and start flying again man. I've seen a bunch of pilots well past that age and doing amazing flying.
@@georgehunter2813 No music is finer. Much finer! Would love to have heard the sound of air rushing by instead of someone else's idea of 'entertainment'.
Of course. Only a flyer would understand that. Use to fly with a full face helmet. I dump it so I can hear the wires sing out the subtle changes in speed during tight snowboard style ridge tracing flight.
Dang... doesn't anyone make hang gliding videos without out shitty music? Just give us the real sounds, please. And no fast speed editing. Thanks. We don't all have ADD. Just saying.
