They're dropping a Carrot Cake Cheesecake Sour this Friday that I may try to get my hands on. They had a crazy sour beer with carrot in it last year that worked so well. "If it explodes FML" 🤣🤣That looks delicious! IT seems like a lot of sours are now gluten free. rhubarb is an interesting adjunct to use. Hopefully when I am in the south I can find some Two Tides beers.

My favorite big name spot. That is THONK. No surprises here. All berries, all day, doesnt matter which one to me, its all delicious. Cinnamon is an interesting pop. I do agree theyre fairly evenly palette for a pastry sour
Yeah, I think that is why I enjoy their heavily fruited sour beers so much. They're usually somewhat balanced despite being a "Pastry Sour." This had balance to it while also being insanely delicious. Cheers, buddy!
