In vlogmas day 18, I spent the morning trying to trim my dang bangs (unsuccessfully), took Larry into town for an errand day, went to the post office & co-op, then headed home to get some brand work done which I pretty much did for the rest of the night aside from taking a break to make dinner! Finley also shared a little bedroom renovation progress :) ENJOY!

🎄 Honestly I just have to say about ten years ago there was TERRIBLE flash flooding in Colorado and it completely destroyed our house’s foundation and we had to move. From that experience I’ve gained so much respect for heavy rains and learned a LOT about flood plains. I hope you guys get the culvert work done 🤘🏻

Every time I do a DIY project it literally neverrr comes out how I imagine🤣 I usually still enjoy the process so I don’t get too bummed about it, I feel like it’s practically a personality trait at this point that I’m not that good at crafting😂 but I can imagine it being harder and more disappointing if you’re gonna show it in a video/to loads of ppls so I feel for you!! I had the boob thing too and still get it at 30 weeks every now and then. Castor oil really helped. I also use eucerin soothing anti-itch lotion almost every day now and it really helps!

Meghan!! Maybe you would like this salad recipe I make several times a week for myself.. I roast in the oven sweet potatoes, chickpeas, broccoli (or cauliflower) with olive oil, smoked paprika, cinammon, sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder until the potatoes are nice and tender and have a nice crisp too. I plate this over a big bed of spring mix, and with a simple tahni dressing. You can use a store bought or whichever you had with the spinach in this vid, but I mix together tahini, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, and sea salt for mine and its sooo super good. Thought I'd share this cozy meal that's perfect for the winter :)
