I have a video on the hand muscles that might be helpful. Besides that, an app like Human Anatomy Atlas 2023 might be the best option to visualize all those things.

The tape represents a lumbrical, but this test also assesses the tightness of the interossei muscles as well. Some say it's more of an interossei test than lumbrical. Either way, it really just there to help you figure out if it's a joint problem or a muscle problem. Hope that helps.
