I think the best way to learn them is to get a friend and tape strings down their arm that mimics the path of the three nerves and then perform the tensions tests to really see why these positions are used. If you're on a practical, and just need a quick way to remember the three positions: Ulnar nerve bias goes Up to their head. For the Median nerve, the arm is in the Middle position, not too high, not too low, just straight out in the middle. Also, their fingers will create an M if you're looking from the patient's perspective. And then the Radial nerve test, the hand goes down by the patient's Rear-end. So Ulnar is Up Median in the Middle Radial is down by their Rear. Hope that helps a little. Thanks for the comment!
