Bunny Hopping Still Works On Eyeless Dogs (Lethal Company V50 Beta) 

Figured I would bring this up again seeing as crouch spamming no longer works in v50 beta. Even though this method uses more stamina than the sprint crouch, it's still a great way to avoid the dogs quickly.
Just be sure you don't jump from to high of an area because the dogs will hear you hit the ground.
