I used to work at a Cafe and the cook made her hamburgers just like these...she called them Lacey since they looked like lace when cooked. Takes me back a good 65 years...I can almost smell them cooking

such a weird thing to say but I have very lucid nightmares every night. best way I coped with it was to have background noise while trying to sleep and while I sleep. I always choose your videos, when I wake up I do rewatch the videos. love the videos man 🙏🏻
Nice video again Tibor... I must say that i do like the smash burger videos my friend... And even though you're a professional chef... I know that this product I've just seen... Probably won't even be on your radar my friend... But I've just watched a food reviewer here on RU-vid (Bit Of Munch)... And he's just tried a tinned soup from Lidl... It's called Kuljanka Goulash Soup Hungarian Style 400ml for £1.49... The reviewer couldn't praise it highly enough... And gave it a 10 out of 10... He stated that it had a lovely peppery tomato and smoked paprika taste to it... And that he could feel a nice little tingle at the back of his throat... It would be interesting to hear your thoughts about it Tibor... If you ever decided to give it a try... Just to see how authentic the taste really is...
