Mr T I love your videos…..but that guy at 17mins in saying you need “to teach your staff English”…..I’m thinking he needs to learn how to respect people in the service industry, especially people preparing his food. I’m afraid I might have said “I need to teach my staff how to show you the door when people are rude to them.” Excellent content!
@@MrT2022theres nothing wrong with standing up for your staff as long as you know you’re in the right. I had to that couple of times in my long career in customer service. I’ve seen it all and my managers support me all the way. Esp if you have the incident on your OWN body cameras that might be better than your company’s cameras itself! lol

Hello Chef, Might I suggest to slice the onions super super thin and when you smash the onions down into the patties as they cook on that high temp the onions they pretty much melt into the patty giving it that extra flavor.
I've tried this, and i completely underestimated how fast the onion will cook on a skillet. (The second time I've tried this, it tasted amazing). Been adding onions to my burgers ever since.
We stopped to eat at a little cafe in small town New Mexico. I ordered the Mr T New Mexican...it was a smash burger and when flipped they put pico de gio, mexican cheese, then add the extra on plate. I asked where the inspiration came from and they said YOU!! They ran out of hamburger buns so they substituted tortillas and everyone loved them. You get a choice of flour or corn tortilla and with the pico it was true New Mexican flavor. Red and Green Sauce are on Every table so use as you like.
I'm not a chef and I've never been good at preparing food for others (I make food for myself okay just not for other people, too awkward). But something about these POV videos is very soothing.
Hi Mr. T. Your channel has become my biggest addiction. I just can not get enough of them. A quick question, have you thought of making a ground chicken burger in the same method as the smash burger? I was inspired one night by your videos and ground up some chicken thighs with chicken breast, and boy did it come out tasty. It also was quick cooking by using the smash method. Thanks again for your videos, they make my day brighter and my nights better.

Chef, one reason you are getting the smoke you're getting is because of residue on your grill. Whoever used it previously did not clean it, or did a very poor job of attempting to clean it. once you brought the grill up to temperature and started cooking, you were bound to get smoke from the old food that had hardened on the grill.

Dish Recommendation Hi Tibor. I've been following your channel for a while and I really like your work. I noticed that you usually make dishes from different countries and I would like to recommend a traditional dish from my country, Brazil. It is called PF in Brazil, which means Prato Feito (Made dish). It's basically the traditional lunch or dinner in my country, which we eat almost every day. This dish, besides being very simple, is very nutritious and known for satisfying hunger and giving you the energy you need for the day. It is composed of: -[Carbohydrate] The base is rice and beans. They are placed together on the plate. Rice on top of beans, beans on top of rice or next to each other. -[Protein] It is accompanied by meat, usually a chicken fillet, beef or pork. Along with the meat, a fried egg is usually also added. -[Additional] In addition to rice, beans and meat, it is also accompanied by fries and salad. The salad usually being lettuce, onion, tomato and cucumber. Because it has ingredients that I often see in your videos, I believe it would be something easy for you to make or adapt as needed and that could please the taste of your customers. Little tidbit: make sure you are using tongs when moving stuff off of the grill. Also use tongs for pickles, tomatoes and onions. Its a requirement where I work and also proper foodservice handling. Love from USA. 🇺🇸
