perhaps you painted a tad bit to many parking spots to early? left you little time for other tasks, a car got highlighted in red when you held the raygun, perhaps its for the cars? like vaporize them or something? perhaps see if there is some trashcans you can place to reduce the garbage people throw on the ground?
