Hey Camodo! I just wanted to let you know that in storage hustle, if you get the auto sell feature, you can sell a perfect golden Deagle for 8000 dollars. I just found this out and got to 100k dollars in about an hour while opening storages. Btw the easiest way to get golden deagle's is yard sales i would say.

Happy Thanksgiving!! Also did you know if you put your plants in the planters it makes the parking worth more also... Just thought I'd add that in..

You add the roofs over each space because they give you like $10 an hour extra from each spot that has it. Building the second level doesn't remove that extra money it just gives you twice the spots, which you can then put roofs over for even more money. Also, planters are your friends. You should be putting them down all.over and then putting the plants in those. The right combinations can get you tons of extra money per hour. Also, all plants affect all.spots on the half of the lot it appears on. (Lot meaning each of the four lots. So on each of those lots,whatever side you have plants on gets the bonus for all spots)

I have played this game and I am getting 900-1300 per car as I have put hedges on plant holders along the verges, with the tier 3 roofs making me $89 per hour also when the second level is placed the roofs remain also the basement hasn't yet been available in the game yet loving the playthrough, as a Sub from New Zealand we don't have thanksgiving here so have a great thanksgiving cant wait for the next Vid

Hey camodo ! I dont know if this would be true but maybe you have to finish the second floor to get to the basement.

Camodo, you can put two lights in each section of the roof. The lights that you have on the pillars and you can put six street lights on the top of the parking lot.
