In a surprising turn of events, the President of the Transition and Head of State, Captain Ibrahim TRAORÉ, recently inaugurated a highly anticipated industrial complex known as ADIPROD INDUSTRIES SA. This innovative complex, spanning across 10 hectares in the industrial zone B of Bobo-Dioulasso, specializes in the production and distribution of edible oil and its assorted products.
The complex is dedicated to the production and marketing of raw and refined shea butter, as well as refined edible oil based on oilseeds. With a processing capacity of over 300 tons of shea fines and oilseeds per day, the construction cost of approximately 18 billion CFA francs has resulted in a remarkable facility. Moreover, the factory will also produce livestock and poultry feed to benefit breeders and manufacture soap.
During his speech, Captain Ibrahim TRAORÉ reiterated his vision for Burkina Faso. He emphasized the significance of transforming locally sourced products within the country to add greater value and make Burkina Faso not just an importer, but also an exporter. This revolutionary industrial complex is a testament to the President's commitment to promoting economic growth and development in Burkina Faso.
