Hello, Thanks for reaching out. The Tail Wagon cover has a vinyl zippered cover integrated to be used for rain protection. We do not offer an additional rain cover to be used in conjunction. The side windows are designed to have the open mesh for increased ventilation for furry companions. Some users, if needed, have attached a bag to a portion of the side of the window to assist with the wet weather, but are careful to not entirely prevent air flow. The Tail Wagon cover and side fabric is water resistant, but in prolonged wet conditions would benefit from having regular applications of a weatherproofing product from the road water. We suggest some of Gear Aid’s products. This is a fabric treatment commonly used on outdoor gear to make it more waterproof. Of course, you also want to make sure the clear rain cover is rolled down and zippered into place. We hope this information is helpful. @@Burleytrailers So what your saying you as a company forgot to mention in your advertising that there is two,, screen windows and no way to close them if it rains. . .So I did waste $400.00...it's not fair to your buyers like my self not to mention that the windows don't close for rain. . .and the cover material now comes brand-new all wrinkled...why? I have 40,000 miles on 5 different touring bicycles and wanted to be able to carry a small Kitty on tour with me...but with out a way to close the windows if it rains...your tail Wagon is unusable for me. . . and I Waisted my money. . .Burly should have better customer service than this. . .if somebody buys a product from you, and you don't mention something in your advertising about You trailers and I buy your product for alot of money. . .and the information you forgot to talked about in your advertising . . . Is the thing that keeps me from being able to use your trailer, it's Burley's fault not mine... Burly should be professional enough to make this right . . .

@@Burleytrailers the frame locks on this unit is kind of loose when i lock the bars in place. Is there a reason for this? Is it suppose to fit tight?
