I hosted a private range day back in 2017 and got to do some full-auto testing of the BPG Suppressor Cover. It was at a training facility in Immokalee, FL, which at that time was called Altair.
Testing Setup:
Sig 556R Swat Edition
BPG Suppressor Cover (Moderate) Black
200+ rounds fired from Sig 556R Swat Edition within 30 minutes and the suppressor never got above 400 F.

It truly depends on how many rounds you're firing at once without letting it cool down again.
