Burnaby to New Westminster bike path in British Columbia 

For those wondering: the trip starts at Edmonds and 16th st, goes northwest along the Highland Park Line trail, crosses Griffiths Dr, then left on the BC Parkway crossing Beresford and Rumble, ends up on the Queensborough Bridge

interesting route to avoid other road traffic and signals , it is fast considering the time needed, please share if there is a route map

Yes I agree with the comments, route map required, otherwise kind of pointless. I did like bicycle noises though.
