After some problems with my camera and the SD card, I managed to edit the video.
As you saw in a previous video it was exactly 1 year and a month later that I was able to pick up the cans.
The video was made a few months ago but can finally be uploaded now.
I am also working on a self-build stealth camper that is currently in its final phase
The cans ended up in the bin.

Hello Steve, I'm Wendi from Felix Immler. You asked about my Fallkniven survival knife for bushcrafting..... I am appalled at the trash people carelessly leave behind, and burn cans enrage me. Everywhere we go, my daughters and I always pick up countryside trash. ...Thank you for such a great video. Very thought provoking. I hope trash leavers watch it. Every good blessing to you! 🌻

Hello Wendi,nice to meet you here, I always admired the Fallkniven,they are really well made and very strong and sturdy, They also been a part of the survival kit by the Norwegian fighter pilots,primarily the F1 This video was made after someone who told me, it wasn't a problem as long you burned the cans. For some reason I couldn't place this statement ,as a good thing in my mind. I teach my daughter from early age that it isn't ok and take it with you when your in nature,or a park,beach.... If you see something laying around, take a extra piece of trash,and put it in the first trash bin you pas by. It weighs more when you go towards your picknick place then when you leave. If everyone had this mentality ,you couldn't find a single piece of trash . I am very happy to hear you care as well , Wishing you a great and wonderful weekend. Steve

Thank you for all you said. I hope to say with you, posting when time allows. My Fallkniven 'Tor' has been a faithful survival knife of the highest caliber, its build quality outstanding. I also have a Medford in my kit, will have to find it. That also was a beast although a folder, a very good work knife called 'The General'. Your video was great! Have a good weekend, Wendi 🌻 @@sosteve9113

Indeed and way more then the other one,the difference was extreme imo It looked like the other one was tossed in nature a week ago. While they lay there side by side a little longer over a year. Hope all is well my good friend

Hey Steve! I am not on here much any more, but say you had a video up and had tot stop by. There is a lot to learn from this video. Yes, one year later the burnned can is rotten quicker, but not that much in the grand scheme of things..it is still there making an eyesore of the wildlife. Good to see you, and Thanks for the short but thought provoking video!!

My good friend,hope everything goes well with you ,how have you been Indeed this little video shows there is a significant difference,,but still better to throw it in a bin instead leaving it in nature like that. All the best to you and your loved ones. Steve

I know a certain RU-vid fella said there's no problem leaving cans that have been left in a fire but for me it looks scruffy and as you have shown it may corrode but its still been intact all this time. Good to see yer back out.👍🏻
@sosteve9113
@sosteve9113 Год назад
Thanks I totally Agree if you leave your cans ,it goes against the leave no trace rule What you take with you is easily taken out as well,and lighter in weight then when you took it in. It don't looks good when you arrive to a spot full of cans either imo Not to mention the potential hazards for animals and people. Atb

Like the looks like it was now,it wil take several years to corrode like the tin that was in the fire. Unbelievable how much difference there was between those two,it looks almost or it was placed only a week ago. I like these type of amateur experiments I did another one a couple of years ago about fire making,I'll send you the link.

Groeten Steve
