Lol I just noticed that the Dominator J Coupe actually has the Rear end of the Limited M-type from Revenge.

Reviewing the cars' designs: Drift Classic: A 1960s European-style 2+2 coupé, I like it. It looks aerodynamic and its fender flares give it a nice stance. I like the spoiler too. 8/10. Classic Muscle: An early 70s American muscle car with a coke-bottle shape. Where to begin with this? It has a mostly clean design, but then there are these funny lumps on the side profile and the trunk, so 7/10. American Classic: A 1960s American sports car, it does look very Corvette-esque. The headlights may look too modern, but at least the compliment the marquise-shaped lumps on the car. The trunk looks too small, though, so it's also a 7/10. Euro Classic: As the name suggests, it's a 1960s European coupé. The car looks fine in most places, though I can't say the same for the headlights. It's a 6/10 for me, but 8/10 if it weren't for the headlights. Burnout Classic: A 1970s European muscle car. It does look very aggressive and is a passable design, but it looks very blocky in some areas. 6.5/10 for me. Factory Sports: A mid-2000s concept car. It seems to have taken inspiration from 1940s vehicles, but the overall shape looks very weird. The front is no looker for me. 5/10 Limited ST: Hey, this is the Limited R175 ST from Burnout Revenge! A lightweight mid-engined sports car with a very clean design. Too bad they decreased the speed for the class and gave it a bad engine sound. 9/10 for the design. J Coupe: A late 90s Japanese sports coupé, this is one of the more pleasing original designs in the game. There isn't much craziness going on, even if the rear was lifted from Burnout Revenge's Limited M-Type ST. The Limited M-Type is a better-looking car, but this isn't too bad. 7.5/10. Factory Muscle: It's a Ford Mustang knock-off with a rather blocky design. Not my cup of tea. 6/10. American Drifter: Oh my god, this car has a very weird design. It's not even trying to look bodacious. The front is too generic and the shoulder lines are overemphasized. 4.5/10. Works M-Type: The Works M-Type GT from Burnout Revenge, but as with the Limited R175 ST, they decided to decrease the speed, except it made no sense. They could've used the DX model instead. I do like the slickness of the car, though, despite the lack of headlights. 7/10. Tuned Sports: Okay, so this the Factory Sports if it went to the gym. I do like it better, but the car isn't entirely attractive, so a 6/10 is what I give this car. Custom Coupe Ultimate: The legendary Custom Coupe from Burnout 2, the car that made the most appearances in the series. I like its aggressive tuner car look and early 2000s paint scheme. And yes, this is valid for all versions of the car throughout the series. 8/10. Tuned Muscle: A tuned version of the Factory Muscle, still not impressed. 6/10. Tuned Drifter: I can't say if this is improved, but the spoiler does hide the awkwardness to the car. So 5.5/10? Ugh, I dunno. Blue Lightning: A 1940s coupe turned into a hotrod. It does look a bit modernized to some extent, so this earns a 7/10. Street Dodger: Okay, this has an interesting style. It looks like a 1930s roadster with a lot of 2007 nuances to it. 7/10. Assassin: The Dominator Assassin from Burnout Revenge, it looks more intimidating than the Blue Lightning, and I like that. It's also very curvaceous and is more period-accurate to the 1940s in terms of design. 8/10. Custom Hot Rod: This thing also reappears from Revenge. It's a 1930s-style hot rod with stripped fenders. It doesn't look intimidating as the Assassin, but that doesn't mean it's worse. It also earns an 8/10. Street Rod: This is blockiness put to good use, though the car has some ambiguous styling features. The front gives me the impression that it's the 2000s, but some parts make me think of the 70s. However, the rear is very weird and doesn't fit the car. 7/10. Royal X3: An Italian-style 60s supercar with an "invisible" A-pillar. The car can also be identified by its swoopy profile that jumps over the wheel wells. 8/10. Works GT: The Works M-Type GT from Burnout Revenge. It's the same story with the Works M-Type, they should've used the DX version. Nonetheless, it's an early 2000s Italian supercar with a race modification to it. Very cool. 8/10. American Super: A Ford GT knock-off. It doesn't look too bad, but they didn't do enough to differentiate it from the real car. 7/10. Super Muscle: This is a cool-looking American supercar. There isn't much "tryhardy" going on, but the front looks a bit fat. 7.5/10. Euro Super: It's a similar case with the American Super, but at least it has some more differences. 7.5/10. Oval Racer: The Etnies Racer from Burnout Revenge. It looks slick for a NASCAR type of vehicle. 8/10. World Circuit Racer: A reskinned Burnout 3 vehicle. The livery doesn't scream the world to me, so it's a 6/10. Euro Circuit Racer: The legendary racer from Burnout 3. While they messed up the engine sound, the car still earns a 9/10. Euro Classic LM: Another returning vehicle from Burnout Revenge. A very attractive and bodacious Italian supercar from the 60s. 9/10. US Circuit Racer: This is a reskinned Nixon Special from Burnout Revenge. It's hard to review the design, but the livery looks okay. So 7/10? Low Rider: Yet another Burnout Revenge vehicle. It looks very intimidating and I'm surprised they kept the same top speed for the car. 8/10. Factory GT: The Factory R202 GT from Revenge. This one is a bit faster than its Revenge equivalent. I like its racecar appearance. 8/10. Super Coupe: Forgive me for what I've said about the Street Rod, this one IS blockiness put to good use, even if it resembles the BMW M1 too much. It looks very slick and mean. 8/10. Charger: A mean-looking hot rod that's sitting low with huge fenders that keep the cabin in place. It does look a bit cartoony, but I still give it a good 8/10. Super Prototype: It's just a Bugatti knock-off, there's nothing really interesting about it. 6/10. GT Racer: The legendary EA Racer from Burnout Revenge. This is an amazing-looking LeMans racecar. 9/10.

0:20 That car looks like a Chevrolet Monte Carlo 1970 because of the design front and the body. 8:41 The low rider looks like the Plymouth roadrunner 1970 from Tokyo drift because have a similar body design.

Can't help but notice it, but most of the reg plates are US and British styles.

I like how the Works GT still has its Revenge engine sound I believe so does the Factory GT can’t recall tho since it’s be years since I last played Dominator.

I dont think the cars dont look bad at all and yes it does lack crash mode but for those who didn't know this game was suppose to have crash junctions along with signature takedowns and I think even pursuit... it was suppose to be the whole shebang but unfortunately it was scrapped in late development, changing subjects for a second, I'm sure we can all agree that the tracks in this game are adrenaline inducing lol, my favorite burnout game

Omfg Criterion games fucking ruined the Limited St’s engine sound in Dominator how did I forget that? Cuz in Revenge Limited St’s engine almost sounded exactly like the Toyota MR2 what the Limited St mostly based off of but loosely only noticeable MR2 Similarities of the Limited St being the engine cover in the back and the Spoiler to an extent.

Now i see that some people think this game is bad and i think i kinda know why - The new cars were not that memorable such as the tracks - Ost in revenge and 3 was better -for some reason this did not look that good as revenge -No crashing events Apart from that, it was probably my least favorite between 3 and revenge, but it wasnt a bad game, i actually liked the signature shortcurts and the Burnout turbo feature, it was a good, but it could be better
