Burnout FAIL leads to engine FIRE!!! + OBS' 1st road test

We did some tinkering to the throttle body before giving the $700 chevy its 1st road test. Got it back, checked everything under the hood and proceeded to go for another test drive and epic burnout!! What a FAIL!!! She caught fire but luckily the neighbors brought some water bottles!!! Gots to be mo careful! On the bright side, i learned something new and she actually drove decent. 6.0 swap coming soon for sure though!!

Love the Rims I got a 350 tbi in my single cab stepside Sierra and it’s been failing a bit with a misfire but I popped off the wire connected to my ignition coil and alot of rusty powder came out didn’t expect that to fix it but it’s running very well just going to do a tuneup

I'm new to the channel and this is great! I recently got a 1988 c1500 extended cab long bed for a case of beer! So I love when people find a deal. Lol. Hey can you give me some tips on what I’ll need to swap my truck it’s a 94 ext obs with the 5.7 besides the engine and trans what else do I need? Thanks in advance!

You'll need dirty dingo adjustable engine mounts, you'll need a fuel pump for a 97+ truck. Grab electric fans from an 05+ nbs chevy or a 2010+ f150 ( which apparently are easier to install

@@yeah_Haha you shouldnt need a driveshaft if you use those adjustable mounts. You can slide the engine trans into the proper spot that you need so you can reuse the driveshaft.
