I use to watch The George Burns and Gracie Allen Television Shows here on yt, and the person who took the time & trouble to put them on here had each Season grouped together separately, I can not find that person’s listings. The people now showing these episodes do not even have the Seasons shown separately, and there are people with their own listings have the seasons and episode numbers wrong, and a lot of the seasons and episodes are gone. After not being able to watch for about a year and a half, the other person’s listings are missed very much.

Harry hadn't joined the series as yet. Bill Goodwin was the show's announcer during the first season.

John Brown was "Harry Morton" for six months [January- June 1951]. He was released from his contract, because his name appeared in "Red Channels"- an odious publication that listed supposed Communist sympathizers in the entertainment industry {which Brown wasn't}. In 1952, he was called to testify before the House Un-American Activities Committee and "name names" concerning fellow "Commies". There were none, and he refused to kowtow to them. As a result, Brown was blacklisted from radio, television and movies, and never acted again after 1953. He died of heart failure in 1957.
