Burong Isda is a well loved dipping sauce/condiment for us ilokano's or from provinces of Northern Luzon. It is best served with any fried fish or steam vegetables (e.g. Okra, Eggplant, Kamote Tops - (sweet potato tops). so, here's my version, don't forget to like, comment & share. God bless everyone!

Ingredients:
I Kilo Fish (hito or any other fish with white meat)
6 Cups cooked rice
9 tablespoon salt (4 tbsp for fish and 5 tsp for rice mixture)
2 tbsp white vinegar
1/2 cup water (optional, only add when rice is too dry)
