Idea: A man-eating bear starts attacking and eating hikers on Mount Chiliad, the local rangers investigate which leads to wacky hijinks on the mountain. I suggested this because we don't see many episodes based around Mount Chiliad.
Idea: random talking objects appear in los santos! After a couple of experiments and a few sprinkles of plutonium and uranium here and there creates sentient objects that think, talk , and feel! I think it would be pretty funny to see apple negotiating with someone to eat the orange next to it. Or maybe a door that doesn’t like people touching it! Maybe even a gun that wants to shoot everything, there’s infinite possibilities!
Idea: drive around in a car speeding then when cops spot you drive normally but like phantom through the cop cars when they try to pit i bet they will be very confused also ignore them then speed around and hit other people but cops can’t touch you like a phantom so like a priest or whatever to banish you to another realm Like so he sees
Idea: Similar to Freddy vs Jason but instead it’s “Skin Walker vs Mountain man” in the serious it can be three part where Mountain man survived the explosion and found out that Skin Walker was the reason Mountain man wife died, so in part one mountain man is hunting Skin walker but in his path he is killing people and the police is right in the middle. Part 2 Skin Walker finds out he is hunted and is prepping for mountain man but same sending people on missions after mountain man killing people also and police still caught in the middle trying to solve things. Part 3 they finally meet and it’s all carnage and police will find the conclusion in the end. LIKE THIS UP IF YOU LIKE THE IDEA GUYS!!

Idea: Giant mutant gummy bears are spotted roaming the streets of Los Santos, these once adorable sweet candies have become contaminated and changed by tiberium and radioactive waste in a bizarre science session by drunk scientists who do not remember last night at all, nor do they remember releasing the mutant gummy bears which went on to eat the janitor! Can the city survive this result of drunk science?! Or is MORE drunk science exactly what the city needs to defeat these evil Giant mutant gummy bears?!
RP theory: Fish Bowl is a latent psychic hypnotist, either he doesn't know it himself or he keeps everyone deliberately ignorant. That's why lots of people become complacent of his crimes, and maybe "that time of year" refers also to his hypnotic powers at its peak

I absolutely love the idea of a casual serial killer. Just tells people he's gonna kill them, or brings them to a grave and kindly asks them to get in. "Look, just get in the grave, would you? I don't have any ammo, so this is gonna get messy enough."

Idea: fish bowl after being buried underground he himself becomes the part of nature. But he turns into a giant grass hill monster who can only stay fish bowl. and his one goal is to feed to earth.

Idea: ThePlayboy Mansion is hosting a dinner party, suddenly at a specific time, a strange energy shield engulfs the property, nothing can get in or out, every 10 minutes, guests begin to experience a strange sensation and feeling, this sensation and feeling makes them want to kill one person in their vicinity, how many people will survive, will everyone die, will they find the device that's causing this energy field and destroy it or will the mansion claim new victims and most importantly will they discover the secrets of the property and who made the energy field?
Idea: Be some guy with an incredibly average life who becomes invisible due to "ScIeNcE" and uses it to find out people think he's lame, therefore prompting a spree.
Idea: A cargo plane goes over los santos, dropping 50 Pantos at a time. You can fit up to 50 Pantos in a cargo plane, so it’d be a carpet bombing at that point.
Idea: random ex-criminal encounters random people and shows them how to really do crime (hoe to steal car, rob Bank, kill someone, etc.) But then pins said crime on the person he's "teaching"
Idea: You are a vigilante protecting the streets but in actuality you just some random dude harassing random people on the streets, being more of a nuisance then hero.
