Bus Ride on BC Transit - Victoria // Bus 70 // Downtown to Swartz Bay // Highway 17 

Another fascinating bus ride on BC Transit (Victoria), this time on the entire route 70 from Downtown Legislature Terminal to Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal. Routes 70, 71 and 72 operate between Downtown and Swartz Bay, but 70 is the fastest service which operates almost entirely via Highway 17 (Patricia Bay Highway). The other routes go partly on the highway and partly via smaller roads.
Enjoy the timelapse as we first keep stopping at bus stops and signals along the busy Douglas Street of Downtown Victoria. But once we get on the highway, the views are just great and we do long stretches at good speed without halts. Luckily some routes like this have double decker buses from which we can get good videos of the front view.
