In today's vlog we head to Busch Gardens Tampa Bay for their reopening day! We take a look at parking, park entry procedures, temperature checks, crowd levels, rides wait times and more! We were also able to test out the third mask that we weren't able to test yesterday because of the storm. We tested the cotton mask out on SheiKra, a floorless dive coaster, and we found that it did really well! We also took a look at the Iron Gwazi construction progress, it looks like it's done with the exception of some queue themeing. We can't wait to ride it when it finally opens!! This is definitely my most anticipated new Florida coaster! We also get to see some of the new grand reopening merch on the way out before we head home for the day! Y’all ain’t gonna believe me at all. But I was legit the first person, with my brother right behind me, to walk into Busch gardens the day it opened. And let me tell you, it felt ethereal! I almost cried. I was so happy to go to my favorite park in the world. So happy he was able to enjoy it as well!! Went on Tigris like three times!

Maybe its because im a nurse and my fiance and I for the past three months have been leaving our houses and going to work with a bunch of people but we're mindful but were not scared to go to restaurants, stores etc. But trust me if your concern about how the parks are clean now before Covid-19 you were probably touching surfaces that had a bunch of other bacteria and viruses like the flu, staph etc. If you are someone that gets anxious if someone happens to be by you less then six feet away, freaks out if you see a couple people not wearing mask, constantly wonder if they clean a surface, or being in a close space area with people even when wearing a mask you SHOULDN'T be going to the parks at this time. Wait until things die down. And if you do go please follow the rules, wash your hands often and wear a mask and be kind to one another

Its amazing to me how Tim has always been the most calm person on a rollercoaster ever. His voice stayed so relaxed on Shikra. Always makes me laugh because I'm the complete opposite 😂😂😂

I feel like people “behave” depending on the park. The nicer/ bigger the park they seem to fallow the rules more. I don’t live in Florida never been to any of these parks. But seeing all the videos that’s the vibe I get. Let’s see when Disney opens.

I live an 45 mins away from Tampa and went to USF next to. Bush Gardens.. Tampa is known for being called Trampa for a reason. Different type of people ‘vibe’ compared to Universal or a Disney is so true.

As a resident of Tampa and considering going to a theme park... I won't step foot in busch gardens until everything is over. I love them but the "cleanliness/guest service" as never been up to par even before the pandemic.

Jessica, I live and grew in Tampa as well! I've been going to Busch Gardens for almost 41 years back when it was owned by Busch corporation and for. those who remember and went to Busch Gardens back then you would take a giant escalator and would go on a quick tour and see how they made the beers. And back when they had promotions that you would pay about $35.00 dollars per car loads of people to get inside the park, what a difference! And annual passes where about $40.00 pee person back in the 1980's. But I agree with you up to a point, there's still a pandemic and sadly the state of Florida is one of the states that leads in people getting the virus, and God knows how long this is going to last! I feel they should lower the prices to get in and for parking as well, with also the parks closing much earlier everyday. Last time I went back in the Summertime almost two years ago they were open on the weekends until 10.00 P.M.. and on the weekdays until 8.00 P.M. now I believe they close either at 6.00 P.M.or at 7.00 P.M. so if you get there after ,12.00 P.M. you won't have time for much even though a lot of attractions weren't open from what I saw in this video thanks to this pandemic! Still I've always enjoyed going to Busch Gardens and you do have to walk a lot, it is a big park. Enjoy and God bless everybody!

that's good to hear that someone said something about putting a mask on. i watched another video today and counted 102 people in the video not wearing or improperly wearing masks. and that must have been 2/3 to 3/4 of the people in the video. If people cannot follow the rules, they should not come to the park.

@@englishatheart even if that were the case, there's no reason why some people shouldn't have to follow the rules while others are uncomfortable in the heat with their masks on. If that's the case i might as well vape at Disney and tell people who don't like it to not go. Fact of the matter is, we've all been waiting months to get back in the park. If the state sees these rules not being implemented they may shut down again.

We decided to cancel our Disney trip in September. It would have been my 4 year old's first Disney trip and we'd rather wait, so he can enjoy it to the fullest. I think we'd also feel safer going at a different time. We appreciated your first hand advice 👍 👍

Don’t know if it’s been mentioned yet, but I’ve been wearing masks with the ear savers since March (nurse). They work better if you can pull them up on your head, not behind your neck. Gets the straps off your ears.

Christine C. Same could be said for people not wearing masks. Whether you agree with it or not the wearing a mask is a requirement of going to the parks. If people don’t want to follow the rules set in place by the parks they shouldn’t go.

The very liquid type hand sanitizer is NOT just alcohol it has glycerin and other things to make it less harsh on the skin but the shortage of gel type hand sanitizer is very real. The liquid stuff works just as effectively as gels and some of the gels out there right now are very gummy from using less than quality ingredients.

My boyfriend and I made plans to get a city pass and come come to Florida since January. Of course Covid started February. I’ve never been so he’s wanting to take me to sea world and bush gardens, thank you for showing how it is after Covid!

We have done UNTAMED rollercoaster in Walibi Holland and it was our BEST coaster ever!! So Iron Guazi must be briljant too!! Lucky you all over there 😁

I went to the Efteling today, an amusement park in the Netherlands. And it was crazy busy. It felt like a normal Sunday. It didn’t feel like they had a limit of guests allowed. No masks required and people totally not caring about social distancing. And no cast members reminding the people to social distance. We had a fun day, but we did not feel comfortable at a lot of places inside the park.

*Mask extender straps are really helpful for the masks that wrap around your ears. It takes the pressure off the back of the ear. You can find them online if you look em up. I use them everyday. Definitely helps with ear pain relief.* *EDIT: Just saw **21:30**. It does help! Glad you got one Tim! Just adjust it a little bit higher.*

The latest info shows that asymptomatic people do NOT spread the virus. This should mean that after a temperature check, masks could come off and social distancing would not be necessary in the park.

Unless you’re “pre symptomatic “ ....they adjusted their warning to say this! How do you know if you’re asymptomatic or pre symptomatic? That’s the problem....pre symptomatic people apparently spread it (currently no symptoms then 2 days later bam symptoms but you’ve been spreading it), asymptomatic don’t!....so many things they still need to learn sadly

You can place the ear saver either higher or lower and actually not loop your ears at all through the loops, this will alleviate any pressure on your ears. Great video, thank you Tim!

Its not even intense, when you go upside-down you don't even feel it much. I recommend going on smaller coasters then getting on bigger ones.

I was there today and cobras curse seemed to have said 65min all day, it was literally 15 min or less. There were more people on quick queue than there was in the stand by. I rode it roughly around 230
