Loved this video. I suffer with depression and when I watch these videos, they make me feel comfortably distracted and inspired to getting outdoors. Thank you, please keep making these videos
It is a great joy to find your channel. You are amongst the top Vloggers for me in the field of Silent Bushcrafting.I enjoy your capture of nature and your surroundings much more without words, and it speaks volumes. You are both skilled in Bushcrafting and cinematography. very rare on RU-vid. Thank you !
You're quite right... the more silent a man is ... sometimes the louder he is...I love these videos that you can hear everything about him and his movements...
The ringing of your hand axe, in tune with its surroundings, comes together with the natural music of the woods and is the perfect soundtrack for your adventure. Regards
There aren't many youtubers like you Rune.I love seeing you using your bushcraft skills in complete silence, no huge explanation needed.Hope you keep making videos, you're an absolute boss! god vind!
Very cool!!!! I enjoyed NOT seeing a "review" of gear and NOT hearing "expert" advice on how to spend the night in the woods. Watching your awesomely edited video said it all !!!! 👍🏻
I assume you are talking about Joe???? He seems like a pretty nice guy and probably doesn't deserve have shit talked about him. He lets us know what gear he got and what he enjoys using.
My grandsons wish these could be longer ... lol ... I tried to explain but ... hey grandpa would longer videos too... we just sit here and totally relax... so darn peaceful .. Thank you for your videos young man... may you send us many more ... now I'm being greedy ...
You have eclipsed the other myriad bushcraft channels we have around these days. What superb content! Unfussy, simple, skills-laden, calming. I was struck by another film you made where after starting your fire with bow and drill, you then used the drill and hearth as firewood- that tells us enough about your competence and confidence! Anything you film, I’ll watch. Keep it coming- I appreciate it a lot.
I really enjoy the quietness of these videos. I don't understand the bacon eating whilst repairing the sweater...but hey to each their own. ROCK ON with yo bad self.
Thank you for this video, brother. Greetings from San Diego. Your video provides me the needed touch of the woods while I'm stuck in this city. Beautifully filmed, soothing to the mind, body and soul. I admire and envy your ability to be close to the land, as we all should be. Thank you again, brother, for the salve for my ills.
I’m feeling wanna cry. I am going by myself on vacation. I told 4 days on trip. I been enjoys autumn on freeway and at the beach, the mountain, Japanese Garden, Magic Kingdom Disney World. Amazing life and beautiful life. I never found before. Thank you Mr nice channel.
I am a fan of bushcraft videos and I like that you show instead of say. I hope you put out some slightly longer videos showing things a bit more in-depth, but as they are it's still pretty informative, and a joy to watch. Thanks for putting in the time.
I’ll say it again: excellent production and editing values! Together with the purely visual presentation of your skills, these factors make for an arresting watch. I’m looking forward to more. Thanks.
I think he is the best bushcrafter I have ever seen ,we can learn everything by watching his videos without any music ,no talking ,only sound of nature ,it’s awesome !! keep going man !!
Nice video. Back to the roots. without talk, without annoying music ... that's what we lack and what is far too rare. Your videos radiate inner peace ... Maybe you can write in the video description your equipment and used color grading : ) greetings from Germany
Your last two videos have been two of the best bushcraft videos I have seen on the internet. Keep creating content like this and I have no doubt you will have the largest bushcraft channel on youtube. Excellent cinematography and editing showcasing excellent skill. Well done!
So relaxing! Your videos makes me feel free and happy! Its a home remedy for depression and tension for busy living people! Its meditation! Love from Pakistan🇵🇰
Excellent! I love your videos because you are a man to do and not to prattle. They transmit peace and the universal language of action makes me not worry about translating. Best regards from Argentina!
That is so nice to be camping out like that and getting away from the modern conveniences and problems if only temporarily. There are times when I want to just get away and camp out in the forest, or in a park.
I want to thank you. I really like your videos. This is bushcraft, this is the wilderness exprience! Well done. We all look to see more. Humble thanks!~
One of the best videos I've seen. Short, sweet and informative. Learned several things in less than 10 minutes without a single word being said throughout the entire video. Impressive. Thanks for making it.
Discovered your channel today. Indeed, the silent video is all that's needed. All we have to do is watch and see what you are doing, with no need for long drawn out instructions. The one thing that did take me by surprise was the fire inside the shelter!! I guess because it was all live/green material, the chance of catching fire was minimal. I'll be back for more!
Maggie H Thanks. Yes the green material helps... but the shelter works just fine with dry materials. The rain will keep the moss wet most of the year... Any how do you need to pay attention to keep the fire small and spark free as much as possible.
I wholeheartedly agree with OpenSky's comments...I think I have stumbled upon the best! Just so relaxing and inspirational to watch your films...and learn! Sincere thanks man. Peace y'all :0)
Wonderful! I love watching. I am a fan of beautiful axes: a most useful tool, as you demonstrate. The wildwood on the West coast of Denmark looks amazingly like the wildwood on the coast of Central Oregon, where I lived for 12 years.
your skills ... - amazing !! this movie look ..-grandios !! I love you. you are my absolute favorite. that's bushcraft !! I'm sure your number of subscribers will go up quickly. Greetings from Germany Your biggest Fan Benny
Seriously though most youtubers today have a 30 second earrape of an intro and will not shut the fuck up. I really appreciate the silence, it gives a strong impression that you actually love and respect nature, and aren't doing it for the views. Amazing videos, amazing camerawork.
very enjoyably, one thing I loved was the wool in your possibles kit. I have a number of sizes threads and needles, and many bits and bobs in my pouch, but never wool, not once. I never thought of it for repairs to my sweaters, I have been putting kits together since be for 1960. Thank you.
Every time I watch a video like this, I think to myself how much I’d love to do that.....until I remember how much I love my modern conveniences....like high speed internet, how water showers, beer, and HIGH SPEED INTERNET.......yeah. I said it twice.
Thanks for sharing such wonderful moments. In fact the lack of narration and talking makes this video even more interesting to watch. You found a great spot there for some overnight in the woods. That´s nature pure.
Whenever I see your, "Thanks for watching", I say "You're absolutely welcome", back. Looking forward your wonderful editing, of that gentle scenery and your extremely interesting bushcrafting skilling. Happy New year 2020 Rune.
That was an impeccable place you chose to set up at. Thank you for showing that to us. Your style of photography is very very beautifully done. But your expertise at what your doing is astonishing. I've never seen such precision at using an axe the way you do. I'm certainly going to learn an awful lot from your videos. Thank you.
XnMojo: Thanks :) Yes the knife is homemade. You can see how I made it here bushcraftdk.websitetoolbox.com/post/bertram-laver-en-puukko-med-s%C3-%A6rligt-fokus-p%C3-%A5-skede-indl%C3-%A6g-i-tr%C3%A6-9712865?pid=1303936472
