Bushnell's Elite Series Rifle Scopes RETURN...and are better than ever! 

I bought the Elite 1-4 X 24 just a few weeks ago, to mount on a semi-auto classic hunting rifle. So far so good. Very steady, does the MOA adjustments very precisely, good light, and very wide field of fire to find and follow running animals. I am just hoping that things stay as they are for a long time.

Very happy with my 6500's and the LRHS 4.5-18. Made in Japan but seems the new ones are now made in Korea. Hope it works for them.

I was looking at the specs for the 4-16x50 Elite 4500 30mm and it sure sounds like there must be some sort of misprint since it only has 50moa elevation travel for a 30mm tube. I'd expect 50moa maximum elevation from a one inch tube and at least 80 to 100 moa for 30mm in a 4-16x scope. I have the discontinued Japan made Elite 4200 4-16x50 with the one inch tube that has 50moa elevation travel. I'd be interested in the new Korean made 4500 if the image quality is at least as good as my old Japanese Elite 4200 and had more elevation travel adjustment.

Bushnell is fixing their mistake of the nomenclatures of their scopes. You need a PHD to understand which scope lines up where in the current lineup. 3500x 4500x 6500x much easier to understand.

Bushnell for a time got locked into the Budget rifles w/ scopes. Bushy made extra coin, but, their quality and Reputation slipped big time. I have watched 4-6 hunter reviews on the elite and prime series scopes, They've now put the Bushnell on their hunting rifles... Biggest complements; The glass is clear and nothing stick on it, and this was on the Prime series....Bigger comments; Price point. If you are a hunter; Whitetail, 100 - 300yds...You don't need insanity....inside the scope, just clear glass, good ambient light absorption and a smooth trigger pull. Bushnell will pull you away from the Bourgeois scopes like the over priced Vort*x. I have to chuckle...Vort*x is now the Budget Rifle Scope If you want to see great reviews from a competition shooter / hunter. Check out The Social Regressive

Yeah those turrets just flop around. Should have had a spring return on the cap to make it feel more secure like Nikon did.

Wich is better quality between the Prime 1-4x24 and the Elite 1-4x24?

Do not put the lower end 4500 elite on your 450 Bushmaster! The scope lasted 6 shots. I thought that I researched the scope enough to be able to use it. Wrong!

Which Bushnell riflescopes have night vision?

No ED Prime glass? Didn't the old ones have that?

What Leupold amd Vortex would each compete with?

Where are these new Elite 4500’s manufactured? Still in Japan?

I have several older Japan made Elite 4500's and really worry about their warranty if they ever need it and would be very upset to get replacements that aren't made in Japan if they can't do any in house repairs.

What Leupold or Vortex line do they compare with?

Have two Bushnell ELITErifle scopes: 1.) 3.5 - 21 x 50 ELR withahH59 reticle for long-range competition. 2.) 4.5 - 18 x 44 LRTS with G3 illuminated reticle for hunting. THIS lineup shown here miss the mark for hunters by not having a 3 - 18 x 44 scope for hunters . I HOPE all these scopes have 1st focal plane reticles. AND I hope they are still made in Japan, not China.

I'll never purchase a Bushnell again. I have a scope with a factory defect and they refuse to look at it or replace it. Disgracefull
