188 application submitted on 2021 and invitation received from QLD on May 2021 ,submitted visa application on May 29 2021 from offshore ,medical and hap ID issued and completed medical on jan 2022 but still no further action ,how long to wait and how you can help me

The requirements for ethe 188E changed on the 1 July 2021. You do not need a AU200,000 investment. What is needed is a complying entrepreneur activity must relate to an innovative idea that will lead to: -the commercialisation of a product or service in Australia, or -the development of an enterprise or business in Australia You also need State Sponsorship and South Australia is leading the way for the 188 in terms of criteria and volume on nominations.
