business casual for alt baddies 

I resisted a blazer for so long because my dream personal fashion is kind of artsy fantasy core/cottagecore kind of vibes. But my working title was recently bumped to Director and I felt like I wanted a few items that looked more professional. Found a rust brown color blazer I am IN LOVE with and a couple of blouses in typical ladies work wear type of cuts but with interesting floral prints. I'm very fortunate that we go by a very lax office casual dress code so I can still wear jeans sometimes and sandals/open toe shoes and even sneakers are fine. I've just been trying to mix those with my new more "professional" peices.
