the main problem we are facing today is the lack of space. even to get a let in office usually require connection otherwise they wont even give u space to practice your business
It's next to impossible to start a car wash in the areas you just suggested with 200k The rent at a petrol station for a good space is usually 100k and above Then you have other costs like drainage, permits, water ,electricity, flood lights to use at night and most importantly water pressure pumps which might cost 200k or above Now don't forget you are probably going to make a loss during the first months as you are building up your customer base, so you'll need extra cash to keep you moving during this loss
Omar, thanks for your input. I am sure you can pick what works and make it work if you wanted. Business is all about risk. I am sure there are those who have started a carwash with far less and made it work.

Mumo, aren’t these already a practiced business and the margins are too very low ? Can you advice on business which can have a minimum of 50% returns or more profit ! Eg: saloon will have ticket size if 250 - 500 shillings, Whereas spa will be priced 3500-7000 shillings ! Here spa generates higher returns with less consumers .
To each his own Venka. From the 250 if you get 20 customers and the spa gets one customer, you make much more profit. Plus, salons and barber shops are not as cheap as u may think. Haircuts go for even 1000 or more. Salons are much more lucrative. It depends with your marketing.
