the zombie villager needs to have the weakness effect and then it can be cured with a golden apple, giving the villager much better trades and even allowing for infinite emeralds with librarians

You have to splash a zombie villager with the weakness potion and then right click it with the golden apple to cure it to turn it into a normal villager and it will give you cheaper trades

quite sure on 1.18 you can spawn on stone, and on bedrock edition (I was once playing block shuffle with a friend on mcmanhunt and we spaweed in a cave, and on a bedrock world I've also spawned in a cave)

A lot of these I found out before watching actually. Endermen through glass, Pigman aggravate, borders, wither spawn (they don't spawn on snow because there are blocks obstructing armpits, same applies with iron golems), etc. Zombie villagers do turn to villagers as long as they have weakness. They take 5 minutes to recover to a villager.
