As someone who has been working in kitchens for over 15 years, i gotta say this looks like a chill way to work. Im here because I just started my own t shirt business and am hoping to transition out of cooking. I will happily work all nighters if it means I don't have to work in a kitchen ever again. Respect your work ethic! Inspiring for sure!

Thank you for watching! I appreciate you 🙏 Oh yeah, kitchen work is definitely hard. I did some kitchen work in my high school days and I can definitely relate. I personally love the t-shirt business so for me it doesn't really feel like work. Congratulations on starting your own t-shirt business! Hopefully this channel can provide you some insight and motivation 👍 I wish you tremendous success and I'm here if you have any questions 👍

The guy recording sounds like Reyes to me. You’re very awesome for completing this order for your customer so last minute. Hopefully he gave you a nice tip or at least sent a lot of orders your way. I’ve pulled plenty of all nighters but they’re no fun anymore because I’ve gotten used to waking up early and going to bed at a good time.

Thank you for watching! 🙏 no tip was given LOL 😆 but he does order often. I got used to getting 2 or 3 hours of sleep but now it's harder because I got used to going to bed early with my son.

Not yet for me yet, I am just starting out did 40 T's 1 color and just finished an order of 48, 1 color job. Been doing this for about 6 months so far, been learning a lot from guys like yourself that have more experience. I am a Pro Flooring Installer for 35yrs., Screen Printing is my side hustle for now, it is going to be my retirement business in a few years.

I charge $50 plus 25%-40% on top of the entire order for anyone who is doing last minute rush orders less than 7 to 10 "business" days. This will account for any extra help you may need to solicit (friend, spouse, child, cousin, etc.), the cost of extra time, the extra cost of extra gas you will have to use, shipping charges and/or cost of extra products you don't necessarily need to order for that month but you had to in order to fulfill the order due to shortage of time. ALL money, ain't GOOD money, my friend. Remember that. I hope the profit was worth the effort.

Yes sir! ALL money isn't always GOOD money! I agree with that statement. The total for that order was something like $1,385 or close to it....definitely under $1,500. I have been looking into having a rush order fee because you are 100% correct; if we're gonna accomodate a last minute order then we need to charge for the extra costs we will be incurring. For this particular order I took it simply because this guys orders often and it's never under $1,000. But next time I will be hitting him with the rush order charge 💯🤜🤛🙏

@@thegraffixshack I would "NOT" charge this particular customer the last minute late fees. You will make them start looking for someone else once you talk about going up on price 40-50% for rush jobs. Cut the rush fee in half "for him only" if you must do that. Anyone who brings regular business or a day one type VIP customer, you have to always give them some flexibility. However, anyone else (new), the new rush cost must apply to newbies. Just my suggestion having learnt, from learning from experience, bro. Don't shoot yourself in the foot.
