Hey Jason, 3 condos definitely some good investment properties. I must say Tailand property engineers definitely know how to make pools for their properties. That 1st condo roof top pool was incredible, amazing views thanks Jason and Manu.
I stayed at City Garden soi 15 for about a year, I really liked it. I was going to buy one at City Garden Tropicana but the only thing that stopped me was no undercover parking. I think City Garden makes a really good product.

I like the murphy bed concept for those 30m2 studios. There's some nice wall unit/murphy bed designs that provide a couch with shelving either side that then folds out to a bed with side tables. Where a 30m2 studio in a higher end development might cost Bt 4-5m but is too small for those preferring more space, the murphy bed concept could solve that.

Just one question: are all these condos in Thailand have exhaust fan for the kitchen ducted out to the outside of the building? The chef wanted to know, because she cooks lots of spicy food and doesn't want to smell all and everywhere in the condo.

Thanks Phil, yes it suits me also but only because I don’t have the funds to buy and given the RU-vid channel it just makes sense to have the flexibility to move around but we are all different and some of us like the security of owning and being able to have a secure home without the possibility of being kicked out or increased rent.
