So I was a fourth grader about 2 years ago so here's some advice 1) let kids chew gum 2) remember fourth grade is not second grade but it's also not middle school so the kids want to play games but want to feel older 3) be a fun teacher but at the same time it is important to make sure students are learning 4) if you have to talk to your students about something that happened (bullying…) make them sit in their desks and stop talking then let them join the conversation my teacher did this in fifth grade (last year) and it really did good 😊 That's all

You are 100% Teacher Goals! I started watching you as a student teacher, and in a couple of weeks, I begin my first year of teaching! I will be teaching freshman and sophomore ELA. It is really rare to get hired right out of college in my district, but part of the reason I think I did is because I followed your example. I bought your interview prep, portfolio pack, and resume and cover letter templates. It helped me rock the interview, and made me much more prepared than some of the other candiates. SO - this is just my long-winded way to say thank you for leading by example and providing awesome products. You rock!

I'm not a teacher but I'm a senior doing my undergrad in Finance and tutor strictly finance for my campus. I have to say you've helped me with organization ideas as well as ideas for bulletin boards and tutor resources that I can't wait to put to use during the year as some of the stuff I have been able to use with summer MBA tutorees has been really well received. Good Morning Michelle! You are my Saturday morning tradition-coffee and pocketful of primary vlog! I am a first year third grade teacher in eastern North Carolina. I have been feeling the same lately. I was taking summer courses and a part time job with almost full time hours so when I do have off I feel like I'm busy but haven't been productive. Absolutely love your videos, I'm graduated in a year and love all your teacher tips and ideas.

Hi Michelle, I enjoyed the weekly vlog. I know you may not have given many tips in this week's vlog but one tip I do intend to utilize is the Dollar Tree clear stand idea for Open House. I'm a second grade teacher. Who loves to implement new ideas. I love how Billy was excited about having burgers for the week. It reminded me of my husband's reaction to food, lol. Lastly, because of this vlog I decided to send a love text to my honey. Thanks for spreading positivity:)! It's one of the many reason I subscribe to your channel.
