1. You do not have to defend your breastfeeding choices to ANYONE. The only other people with a say in what you feed little one should be her physician and Mike. 2. I’d love to see baby updates! I think they’d probably okay left on this channel, even if you’re only doing updates/vlogs once a week or whatever.

Please don’t ever feel unsure about being honest about your lifestyle decisions. Until people are in your shoes they should be less judgemental. I know it’s hard reading mean comments but you need to do what’s best for you and River. Breastfeeding is one of those super controversial things no matter what you do, you do it for a long time and people get upset, you do it not long enough and they get upset. I have a friend who couldn’t even do it during the first month and she got so much negative feedback it was dreadful.

I still can't believe Fleur has a baby. It was just yesterday that Mike was just a boyfriend with long hair...

I LOVE your vlogs (old and new), and it doesn’t matter to me which channel you put them on! 😊 Also, I don’t have kids, but I would still enjoy watching baby updates, because you always give such level-headed, reasonable advice! Side note... it’s sad you even have to worry about people’s judgement regarding your breast feeding decisions. Personally I like the two channels, your main one has more of a professional beauty influencer vibe (which you of course are), but I love that on your vlog channel it’s more casual and we get to see you and the whole family. I would definitely enjoy a weekly(whatever you can manage) vlog and baby updates. I’m not even close to having kids but I find them so interesting and relaxing. All that said, you do whatever makes your life the easiest and least stressful and I’ll be supporting you whichever way you choose.

I think most of us will support you no matter what! You’ve always had such a level head. Don’t worry about others.

Fleur, if you are bottle-feeding, don't let the "breastfeeding posse" get to you. ;) My gran had her children in the 1940s & 50s and they were all 10 of them bottle fed. I was bottle fed, and so were all my cousins. There is *nothing* wrong with formula. So don't feel bad. Also, it is *your* channel. You decide what goes on it. You tend to "grow up" even on YT, and so content can change. Why not? I think as long as you still do the beauty videos, people will be happy.

I feel terrible that you feel like we judge you. You don't need our permission to do anything and you definitely shouldn't feel afraid of us! We are here for YOU. Seriously. You are my favorite vlogger which is odd I'm sure since I'm way out of your demographic. I'm a 55 YO guy. So not into beauty stuff. Not subscribed to your other channel but suppose I will if you merge. Love the travel stuff which may change with the little one in your lives.

I really hope people keep their opinions about stopping breastfeeding to themselves. It is SUCH a personal decision and so many factors go into the decision that are NONE of our business. Do what works for you! As for merging the channels. Don't over thinking it. Give it some time and if it is meant to happen, it will do so, naturally.

I was watching this feeling so sorry for you when you said about the abuse you'll get for saying you'd stopped breastfeeding. I'm a first time mum to an 11 month old and I felt so much pressure to breastfeed, which I did for 4 months but it just wasn't working with us. Please don't ever feel like you have to say sorry for not breastfeeding. You did 4 months which is amazing and I remember the guilt I felt when I stopped but me and baby are much happier for stopping! I love your videos and am a long time subscriber! Good luck to you! xx

I don’t pay attention to the different channels - I subscribe to both and just watch all new videos when they come in. Baby content is my favorite since I’m also a mom

If I’m limited on time I just scroll down till I find a vlog, so surely those that just want beauty can do the same. But you do what’s right for you and what’s easier for you now you have different priorities. You clearly research and make informed, rational decisions and your viewers appreciate you for that. And also because of that, you should feel comfortable to share more without the judgement.

I love the baby content and that's coming from someone who never plans to have kids! It's kind of nice to see actually, even though I'm not the maternal type, seeing how you are as a mother, how you dress her etc seems very similar to how I think I would be if I ever did have kids. I probably wouldn't watch every baby specific video as it isn't relevant to me but it's really nice to see her and to see you so happy as you move into this new chapter.

I know the feeling, as I have managed to breastfeed for first few weeks, it got really bad, as I had post baby depression and breastfeeding was true nightmare for me. Did not sleep for these weeks, was real wreck.....It hit me like rocks as I did not plan to give my baby formula and breastfeed for as long as my baby would want it, but life is full of surprises. I think is most important that both mama and baby are happy, sleeping well and eating well, regardless if its breastmilk or formula 🙏❤️

I had a baby in February so I enjoy watching anything that includes River! It's hard not to feel judged by others when you have a baby. Mine currently cries a lot and loves being held, everyone especially strangers always have something to say! You just have to take it with a pinch of salt or choose to ignore it! If you were vlogging more, you likely would not have been able to enjoy and adjust as well in those first weeks and months and having her. I hardly ever comment but I just wanted to say that you are looking amazing Fleur. Obviously you need to feel comfortable with your body but please don’t feel pressured to lose too much weight. I have been shocked this weekend seeing a number of high profile youtubers looking absolutely emaciated - one sitting next to a supermodel looking uncomfortably tiny and a couple of others who have lost so much weight they’re too small for a size 6. You look happy and healthy and that shines through, and is i imagine, why we all watch x

It is a beautiful transformation into a mother and you sound healthy and happy so don't know why anyone's worried. Nothing wrong with fasting either. I grew up with it so it's not strange at all to me and it's great for your body. It's cleansing and healing. So is breastfeeding so it seems like a natural transition to me. And you seem stronger and more yourself than ever! Keep it up you are a great mom!

I personally love to see you as a mommy. Love the baby content. I think you should do a mix. Maybe talk about fast makeup, hair routines for a mom on the go. Talk more about lifestyle as a working mom. There is more to life than just beauty.

I hate how you feel like you have to defend your personal decisions and brace yourself for rude/mean/judgemental comments. You do what's best for you/ your family and don't think about the internet at all. The vast majority of us just love to hear what you're doing and being a part of your life :) Loved this vlog so much and I wouldn't stress about the channel thing. If it's easier for you to have one channel then do that. And if anyone has any issue with the content we can remind them they can simply not click on the videos hahaha

The first 3 months are the most important for breast feeding so you’ve done great by your baby. Also, I’m so happy you are immunizing her. There absolutely aren’t any decent medical studies that show any harm. Because of immunizations, people don’t remember all of complications from the common childhood diseases. People that don’t immunize their children subconsciously rely on people who do to control these diseases. They also don’t take into account how dangerous it can be for others who may have immune diseases or are unable to be immunized to be exposed. You are a great mom with a precious child, and husband!

I love the baby/ mother content and love the vlogs. I switched to bottle fed for my you babies around the same age and you just have to do what best for your family it’s a personal choice and no need to explain xo

Fleur! A fed baby is a happy baby. No matter if it’s formula or breast milk. Don’t be ashamed of admitting that. Some people can’t breastfeed at all. So be proud that you did and could for the time that you did.

Honestly with regards to merging channels I think you should do whatever is going to be easiest for you. I love watching all your content and don’t really mind where it is posted. You have a way of making everything entertaining and informative so do what’s best for you. And don’t worry about what people think regarding your personal decisions about little River, I’m sure you’re a wonderful mom that researches everything to make sure it’s the right choice. And babies raised with formula are just as healthy as breastfeed ones. I would love to see more vlogs/mommy content! Anything that you feel like sharing. I think it’s normal to see RU-vid channels evolve as years go by and the good thing about your channel is that the content has evolved as my priorities and needs also changed. That’s one of the reasons why I love your content so much :)
