I've been all in for almost 2months now, my extreme mental hunger is still ravenous rather than physical. I could be full, not craving anything, but still just wanting to eat and it's been very hard lately. has anyone else been through similar symptoms? any advice? I feel like I'm binging atp

Could you talk about how to stop chewing and spitting ? I'm really struggling atm with it😢 it is preventing me from honoring my mental hunger and I can't stop it
