Do you sell or recommend any charging cables that will fit so I can leave the cover on but leave it plugged in 100% of the time?

Hi Erica, we usually cut a hole in the cover or we also have a solution for people who's application requires to leave it plugged in all the time, we created the BusyBox Modern cover which has access doors for each model (Standard or Digital) so you can run plugged in all the time and minimize light bleeding out of the side. It also comes with a side door that is fully closed for when you're in battery only mode. They slide in and have a small screw inside to hold them in place. Check it out at our website www.BusyBoxSign.com. Thanks for being a BusyBox customer!

Sorry for the slow response. emailing us is the fastest way to get support. Any USB 2.0 charger or greater will work just fine. Thanks for your support of BusyBox!

What if LED is solid red after many hours of charging?

@@jpbott It probably needs a reboot. Once you reboot it should reset the battery counter after your next full recharge cycle. The battery has to do a few empty to full cycles to know exactly how much power it has in it. It also is learning how you use it. Each brightness and color draws different power levels. Check out the "How to do a computer reset" video. It's super easy and super fast and you probably won't need to do it ever again.

Why can't you just hang up a sign? Literally a piece of paper and some tape is all you need... Or better yet just lock the door...

Here’s my thinking on this. If you lock the door, people who need to get in will knock, right? Like at my house, I have the only printer, and I know that I would forget to unlock the door when I’m done with a call/meeting (diving right back into work or notes from the call). As for using paper, if that works for you, great, go for it. Super cheap. But it’s also very easy to forget about and leave up accidentally, then people don’t trust if it’s right or wrong. Andy you can’t connect paper to Siri, or to your calendar, so you’ve gotta get up to change it. Maybe your not someone who would benefit from a product like this right now. 🤷‍♂️ It does way more than paper, and looks a lot nicer. To me it’s like you’re comparing walking to taking a car. Big difference, but both get you where you need to go. 👍 I hope that clears it up a bit.
