Hey, yeah, the Digital is a bit heavy, about 1.5lbs, but each command strip can hold 16 pounds so a total of 32 pounds. Our team has tested it through many, many door slams, and they hold really well IF … and this is super important … if you connect the command strips to the door/wall properly. Clean the surface, make sure the surface is pretty smooth, and press it on well. You’ll find that they hold REALLY well. And if you need to remove them, use 3M’s pull-down method on the tab and they won’t harm the door/wall at all. We’ve tested them a lot over the last three years and they work great.
