I don't understand how the shot on the t34 at 3:00 didn't pen. Volumetrics is horrible at times. It's also refreshing to watch someone play war thunder who isn't getting 8+ kills every game. Great videos mate.

TOG spotted! You're definitely improving mate. You said you like brawling/midrange combat more than sniping, I think once you get a bit more experience you're really going to like the Tiger tanks. With proper angling, Tigers are great brawlers and don't share the crippling reverse gear of the Panthers. Can't wait to see you give 6.0 a crack again!

I honestly played the VK; and i started I played it like the m4a1 76mm, so as you can imagine, I was getting cooked repeatedly. Barely manging a 1.0 K/D. But I learnt a few things along later: - Getting headphone to depict enemies near me, navigating minimap to depict enemies ware from me - Primarily and actively engaging with enemies in long-distance engagement in any map (by finding open ground) , if this was successfully then push to tight corners - If I had to play a small map, I would make a play of holding a flank and waiting for enemies to come to me - I always actively choose to move along side teammates (even if it wasn't in a platoon with them); the is nothing worse that knowing enemies are surrounding you in a tight area, without teammates to back you up. - Above all PATIENT is extremely crucial when playing this tank Also K/D is nearly at 3, after I gradually applied these thing. To me the VK is a heavy medium tank , essentially a tank destroyed. My fav description is an American M10 w/ Armour. Edit: I'd also like to add that the smoke grenades are highly underrated; throwing smoke to leave an exposed flank for a tactical retreat vastly increases your survivability. I even sometimes to capped zones to replenish it, which says a lot

For the M18 you killed at around 9:32, I probably would’ve had high explosive shell loaded to overpressure it, but you did eliminate most of the crew by that time so it’s fine. Keep up the great work, I like learning from you on how to be a proper German main!

10:25 that is the TOG II amazing vehicle really just not a lot of people play it because nobody can get it anymore as it was an event vehicle from the anniversary event last year called "dreams come true" its a powerful heavy tank but slow you should have hit his turret as its the weakest part of the tank, happy hunting

I like the VK. People crap on it because they try to play it like a normal Panther. It really should be played like a tank destroyer.

The VK is nice. had some good games in it. I prefer the pantherD because I like armor more but the vk's speed can get you a lot of kills

Quick tip for the tog 2, if u have a solid gun like the panther I recommend shooting the flat part of the turret or hull, with weaker guns like the jagpanth disable him by shooting his modules

i really love the VK, it's so damn speedy that it often can keep up with the light tanks easaly and get into some earlygame sneaky sniping spots very well also funny TOG moment, that thing is amazingly fun. if you face one of them the turret is only like just over 100mm efective armor, hull is about 80-90 all around (very week but tho), but be warned that thing has a very good gun (+200mm pen and quick reload) and great turret traverse (like 30°/second) but it's super slow (max speed 14kp/h) so if you're in something that can't hurt it, just skedadle out of there xD keep up the good work ma man!

The vk3002 is a menace in down tiers like it’s immune to 76mm guns from the front and most tanks use than in 4.0

Man this thing in a lineup with the prem KW-1C is just one of my fav lineups xD. i love the VK and am pretty consistently getting 5+ kills everytime i play it. reeeally love it!

Universal guide for VK3002: -massive -no armour -no turret rotation speed -no reverse gear +incredibly good gun for its BR(Panther gun on 5.0) +incredible mobility(same engine and transmission as Panther but lighter due to less armour)

Great video! However, I think the problem you're facing while using German tanks, is that I often see you aim for the chassis. Although this is good when wanting to kill German tanks or American tanks, this is not good for Russian tanks. German guns can easily pen the turrets of Russian tanks and take it out instantly, so I would aim there first, which would have gotten you a few extra kills in this video, or prevented you from being so damaged and possibly dying. Good video though! :3
