jbrdbr111 I honestly feel you there. I think it's just the video itself. you know, she's calming moving her mouth saying the words. when she's actually screaming.
Wonder if you'd like deutschland tanzt by stahlmann. Best way I can describe it is dance metal. Kinda like this song. (Now I want a dance metal playlist).
Love the Butcher Babies!! If you have never been to one of their shows? You need to go. They love their fans, their very down to earth and they will get in the middle of the crowd at a live show. At least they did at the 2 shows I have seen. They're awesome!!
I actually found this band through a joke about 2 and a half years ago at the time was more of a rock than metal fan and they got me into more metal bands. Needless to say they are now my favorite bands ever really would love to see them live. Still one of my favorite songs 👌👌
I actually liked this a lot, the video gives you cheesy old timey circus vibe and the music is pretty damn good. Heidi & Carla's vocals sound amazing, Henry's riffs were awesome, and Chris' drums were spot on. Good job guys, don't listen to all the hate.
+Kasper Soldal Nielsen yea, although i like the video a lot, they were better live. saw them at Northern Invasion and they killed it, they deserved at least 2nd stage. both of them were going fucking nuts and it was awesome! its unfortunate that they havent caught on yet
Yeah they're just amazing live and definetely deserve more attention. I saw them live at Copenhell 2015 and at Loppen in 2016 with Sumo Cyco. They really have an amazing spirit that you notice when you see how pumped they are live. It's almost like they're just a part of the crowd.
+Ashley Villar It's not that they objectively suck, they offert a pretty solid ''performance''. It only lacks creativity on the music side. Like if Ashley Simpson started a metal band, it would prob sound like them.
+Fox Hound A really shit band producing really bad music accompanied by a really bad music video. Im only here because apparently this is what RU-vid "suggests" I should listen to.
+Meconate The band is actually quite good. Their singles don't do them justice. I saw them live a few days ago and let me tell you they are absolutely astonishing live. They hype you up so much and are real showmanship performers. And you have to admit, the different screams each lead vocalist produces highly compliments the other. Also, they're very good singers (clean singers.) Of course, this is just my opinion, which is subjective and bias, but I still think sums up this relatively decently.
+Swaag Jawhnsin I think my issue with the band is that they sound no different to half a dozen other generic nu-metal/metalcore bands out there, but because they have female lead vocalists with big tits, that somehow makes them unique. If they switched those two vocalists with two male vocalists who provided a very similar style, nobody would bat an eyelid, and would probably hate on them even more. I tried listening to a couple of other songs by them due to someone telling me "don't judge them by that monster's ball song" and as I said, it just sounded so very generic. Of course yes, each to their own. Just because I don't like it doesn't mean everyone else is wrong for liking it. I'm not that ignorant. But I do feel their image has given them the upper hand.
Oh of course. It's what got me to notice them. Well, that and the name. The name is downright awesome. But while they do sound somewhat generic they do rock out and do have a good sense of what the metal they're trying to produce should sound like. They're personally one of my favorite bands because of the music, I don't delve deep into the appearance of bands too often unless they look completely stupid. While I wouldn't say they are revolutionary or a bridge of genres, they are good at what they do. I feel people are too judgmental and assume most people listen for the looks and not the music - which I don't. I appreciate the music and listen to them FOR the music. I didn't come for the music and stay for the tits so to speak. But I think another thing about them that makes them unique is that they ARE 2 female vocalists who both have different types of screams. Can't say I see that very often. They have plenty of songs that I'd listen to without having their tits in my face. But I digress. Their image is how it is because of what men want, I know that. Hell, can't say I don't mind it either haha!
When they played this live last year, Heidi drooled while screaming 'you can't stop moving' then wiped it up with her sleeve... And I thought it was cool as Hell. These chicks are the real deal. 🤘
Saw them at aftershock this year and they had one of the best crowds going in my opinion. Not the largest crowd although one of the more lively ones that had the most crowd surfing I saw there.
Absolutely beautiful song and a great showcase of their range. A great way to show that if done correctly you can sing and scream/growl. Plus shows the versatile range of the band itself.
I found myself here because of my recommended list. I'm not disappointed, this much different than other female-fronted bands I've heard. Can't say it's absolutely amazing, but this is quite good. I'm impressed.
I just heard this song the other day and I am hooked. I am listening to this awesome song everyday. I thought this song was new and here I find out it's not. Butcher Babies have a new fan right here. :-)
When I learned the lyrics of the song and interpreted it, it made me appreciate this song way more that I already did. Goddamn you guys are fucking badass! Rock on Butcher Babies! 🤘🏽
'U there with a neo thrash death whatever metal trying to sneek away' love this lyric (prob miss quoted) but its how i feel with people who cant listen to metal but wear all the gear. I wear normal shit but love this music
@@eagleyes121290 seeing as we are human and a spider and a fly are different creatures i dont get the conparison. Normal as in when you look around 8 out of 10 people wearing normal t shirts and shorts. This can obv include band t's. I dont care what people wear i just like a lyric that sympathised with a personal distaste of mine.
It's kinda hilarious how 90% of the people shitting on this band can't take shit themselves, and get all pissy and whine whenever someone insults a band they like, and they'll go on and on about how their band isn't shit. Whiny little children, that's all they are. You're all entitled to your opinion, yes, but here's something you've probably never heard before: Other people besides you have opinions. And if you talk shit, expect to have people talk shit back. Shocking, I know.
+Maalik Elliott For sure. People just need to learn to keep their shit to themselves. Back in the day they used to say, "If you don't have something nice to say then don't say it at all". If someone wants your opinion they will ask, otherwise, it really does not matter.
+RunawayScarsxxx That's what I was thinking. If you mute it, it looks like a pop video. Maybe it's because they look like beauty pageant models trying to make a metal video parody, doing all the "pretty me" hand gestures ┗(`ー´)┓ ┏(^0^)┛ lol.
If you have ever really tried to scream lyrics, your brain can subconsciously tell they are lip syncing for the video because their faces aren't in screaming posture. They are lip syncing so their faces look pretty for the video. You cannot create extreme screams without distorting your face and airway. It looks over produced and gimmicky, which a lot of young people and surface dwellers like. Screams are pretty good tho.
+Taylor Hackney I liked it. I thought it was very entertaining. Not sure what the point of these music snobs are, just little kids crying for attention I guess.
I missed this kind of entertainment when i was a kid. This is awesome. Sexy high hills, gore makeup, harsh riffs, glitter, scary clowns, waltzer to a metal .
I can't wait to see them open for Cradle of Filth in Toronto, I think they're amazing! I like the mix of low and high screams, and their songs are catchy as hell. I just discovered them yesterday and I liked them so much I called in sick to work today so I could drive an hour and a half away to get a copy of "Take it Like a Man" which wasn't at either of my local music stores. It worked out awesome because I listened to it twice on the way home
+Alexiotheconquerer I;ve seen them twice this year and they put on a fantastic show full of energy. I have a highlight video on my channel from the last show I went to.
trovato per caso questo video e sono contentissima di aver scoperto questa band, il pezzo è divertente, coinvolgente, creativo, originale, e dice la verità, i can't stop moving
+DimebagVision I belive when he said that they weren't singing normally he refered to how they look like they aren't screaming when in the song they clearly are. Watch the video closely and listen
some people seem to miss the point of certain songs, "oh this is generic and im a sour puss". this song gets to me! I wanna put a bag over my head and run through a crowded mall swinging 2 chimpanzees by their tails in a vicious crisscross pattern! who knows how many people i could take out with this social display of freedom! now do you get the point of the song?
I saw them perform this live when they opened for a Hollywood undead concert in Lubbock Tx a few years ago and I took videos of them so I could find their songs afterwards and ❤️ it was so good 😭🤧
