I would suggest you sue them personally and get their pension. Every other wannabe rogue cop will be on his best behaviour if they realise the penalty will affect their wallet.
The deputy altered the video and intentionally hid it. The sheriff, and both deputies should have been fired and the two deputies should face criminal charges. Special prosecutor is needed immediately.
Freedom 1 there’s lots of videos for cases like this but you’re at the mercy of local governments and law enforcement that are usually in full cooperation because of revenue streams
That d bags demeanor while being taped says it all... He thinks this is hilarious because he believes he is untouchable, and as citizens we are forced to pay taxes which goes to pay for this! Greed is rampant in every aspect of our government and I for one cannot wait for each and every one of these so called " protectors" to be held accountable and atone for their sins!
The lawsuit against the Butler County deputies continues. Meanwhile, the corporal in this video--the man who stored the video in his home for a year--is now out at the Butler County Sheriff's Office: www.fox19.com/story/37196420/exclusive-butler-county-corporal-under-investigation-chose-to-retire-early
The judge, the head of the Shariffs office and the 2 cops should be fired and in jail. This is outrageous. Everything these 2 cops have done during their entire career should be investigated. These cops are crooked.
Who do you go to when the ones who supposed to protect and serve are the criminals? 30 years achieved in prison, and all their assets turned over to the victims!
The oath is a fraud always has been the supreme court ruled a long time ago that police in the U.S. are in no way obligated to protect the citizens of this country ... period. they don't even have to answer a 911 call our safety we are accountable for that not the cops its all a bunch of bullshit the rich and the elite along time ago figured out a way for the tax payers to pay for their protection, and you can prove it real fast .go rob a big bus. then rob a residential home see where the cops go first .
This explains everything if you follow in order...Please share on FB as to expose this corruption. A Federal Lawsuit has been filed. The below link is a certified copy of the videotape provided by a judge’s permission that is CURRENTLY in evidence. The problem is the above videotape is NOT the videotape played in criminal trial. The videotape in evidence currently has been EDITED/MANIPULATED. The videotape played in trial contained several minutes of snow/static to fill the void you see when the video cuts out at 03:00:06 then immediately resuming at 03:06:17. The videotape played in criminal trial also showed Deputy Brockman pulling away from the scene at the end of the stop. Audio and written trial transcripts support this fact, at least one juror from criminal trial Jody Barr interviewed for his story and several others who attended trial. This was not discovered until Jody Barr brought this to the attention of myself and my attorney after he copied the videotape from evidence. Jody Barr also received a judge’s permission to copy the videotape in evidence which he used in his story prior to his departure to KXAN in Austin, Texas to. Deputy Hatfield has destroyed evidence in the past (Freedom of Information Act). Former Deputy Brockman stored the videotape in his basement until it was discovered during mid-trial. He testified the audio did not work nor did he turn off the dash cam that night. Specifically, he testified before a jury that he did not know until sometime after that night the audio wasn't working and it must have happened during the transfer of the system to his assigned patrol car. Clearly you can her the audio working as Deputy Brockman is setting the dash cam for his shift that night and again after the manipulated areas of the night in question. Deputy Brockman has now testified in deposition that he in fact turned off the dash cam. In civil deposition, Deputy Brockman acknowledged that the additional videotapes stored in his basement have been destroyed rather than being logged into evidence. I wonder whose due process that could have affected? Mike Gmoser and the Butler County Sheriff's Office continue to cover-up this incident despite a specific request from my criminal attorney to address the absence of the several minutes of snow/static and deputy leaving the scene. These are our elected officials that condone this type of criminal behavior and interference of due process, then allow these individuals to remain employed and compensated for their CRIMINAL acts? www.cleveland19.com/story/37025118/after-no-confidence-vote-butler-co-prosecutor-restricts-sheriffs-office-access-to-his-office Seems pretty easy to me as to how that videotape was accessed after trial by the article above… urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__youtu.be_ihf5reubOzI&d=DwICAg&c=eVunvma8zl9l67TuxnHARlplyQ9WuRmL-niZRa5x0gA&r=hqINDfd6Z4HRJtaEeGx2rPv5hJwvmA_LJ8nDeRYloyk&m=h6AvNeDY1pyL0curf7tIyfgcXcr2barIXi8TUlokmqY&s=CAbQNym7UcDfgncaxvcGz8FUUpIaKLDCtMf3OxzZiFI&e= ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-c9F0UAnY6oA.html ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-zPKJ1EAosCs.html ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-saEqirHDURQ.html ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-eg1OhysbL5U.html ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-jzKqhCOVQSI.html www.fox19.com/story/37196420/exclusive-butler-county-corporal-under-investigation-chose-to-retire-early
Invest in a dashcam....go along with their lies and boom! Drop the video of your dashcam after their lies and a fabricated allegations in court. Then counter-sue police state criminals.
In alot of cases the news drives me nuts with their of the wall stories but this is definitely not one of those times. I have nothing to do with any of this but thank you for helping these men prove their innocence. It's so hard when these crooks with badges and unlimited power arrest you. It's almost impossible to beat a criminal case. They can beat us, lie and make up stories and we end up looking like Americas most wanted. I just wanted to say thank you. Please continue to keep these police accountable. This should be the next big trend! Spread the word.
Never got that interview with the Sheriff did you ? Never found out what happened to Hatfield over charging on tickets did you . Never asked the DA why they haven't investigated all these issues did you? What's the point if your not going to keep their feet to the fire?
With the state of the entirety of the 'evidence' and how the case was handled, I'd think that REASONABLE doubt would have to go to the conviction/guilt of the guys arrested. Just the fact that the video existed and wasn't produced means that the prosecutor didn't do his due-diligence. Any prosecutor would have asked the cops "is there dash cam footage", and when getting a NO, would have asked the chief for all car logs (maintenance, purchase, usage, gas, gps, etc...) for the cars to see if cars, at that time had dash-cams and so on. That ALONE would have compelled me to find them not guilty. That the tape had a blank spot with minutes obviously remaining DURING the arrest would also require that I find them not guilty.
All that because the passenger questioned the officer. As soon as you give any impression whatsoever of standing up for your basic rights the attitude/violence turns on with this higher class of citizens.
Most people wouldn't put up with shitty service from their neighborhood bus. when you think about the people of this town are forced to have shitty service . usually where there is a few corrupt cops there is more or other cops turning a blind eye to what is going , just so they get their paychecks. sad. the problem is its nothing new .
In cases like this I'm still clueless as to why the judge doesn't step in and charge the sheriff's office with destruction of evidence!!! Electric criminal charge and nobody is above the law!!!
The 6 minute mystery--where did more than 6 minutes of a Butler County Sheriff's Office dash cam video go? A juror told FOX19 NOW Investigative Reporter Jody Barr that 6 minute span was there at trial, but it's now missing on the tape marked as State's Exhibit #8. Butler County Sheriff and Butler County Prosecutor are covering up the manipulation of the videotape stored in Deputy Brockman's basement until the second day of trial. The videotape played in criminal trial IS NOT the videotape that is currently in evidence. Someone or several individuals have committed FELONIES and Mike Gmoser or Richard Jones refuse to investigate and prove to the public this did not happen. THEY CAN'T! I have everything in my possession to PROVE this happened. Perhaps it is because the Bailiff in criminal trial (Ed Martin) now works for Mike Gmoser. Ed Martin had retired from the Butler County Sheriff's Office prior to becoming a bailiff. Technically, the bailiff is responsible for evidence at the conclusion of trial. This is what happens when you do not secure evidence for a 24 hour period. Perhaps the County in its' collective form is TERRIFIED of the public reaction-How could this happen? IT DID. David Kash was the assistant prosecutor who prosecuted the criminal case and knows exactly what tape was presented in criminal trial and again, it is not the tape in evidence currently. Why am I throwing names out, you ask? These are elected officials who have taken the oath to protect and serve. Rather than taking responsibility for the criminal acts, elected officials have chosen the path of cover-up. Would you like to know what happened with the additional videotapes and evidence stored in Deputy Brockman's basement? They have been destroyed. This is all fact and documented-can be proven anytime...just takes a county official willing to expose the criminality and wrongdoing, rather than continuing the cover-up.
We the People need to take a stand against the unjust law enforcement agencies sworn an oath to protect and serve its citizens should all be held accountable even the higher-ups in the department because you supposed to know what your workers are doing at all times that's why you are called the supervisor God Bless America and the only way to make America great again is to get the power back in the hands of the people
So why do cops get all the protection? Why? Why are they above the law that we all have to follow? And why is no politician speaking about this? Not everyone is bad but definitely there needs to be a fix.
I wish I could say that I'm surprised by the actions of these state santioned terrorist. They'll investigate themselves and find there's no wrong doing. Cops have such unquestionable integrity and honesty. America is a safer place with cops like this upholding the law.
This is the oddest case I’ve seen...from the passenger being arrested for no seat belt to charging a DUI with no test performed...why wasn’t those two cops fired or is that on the list when all the prosecutors investigations are done...and that Sheriff should be disciplined for multitude of charges and you get a talkin to for hiding a dash cam video for 14 months in his basement? Man talk about corruption....
If you don't turn a video in....You should be fired...Not counseled. The case should be dismissed.. What I don't understand about this case is that the sheriffs officed denied there was a video...Why did the deputy show up with a video on the day of court? Did his supervisor call him out about a missing video before court? Details weren't given but I'm sure he didn't bring in a tape that had been missing for a year on his own.
Richard S., the deputies and prosecutor were overheard the first day of trial during a recess talking about the videotape. When put on the stand, he had to admit he had possession of one and if it was not produced, the state would throw out the case. He brought the tape, edited the following day of trial. Then after trial, the tape was edited again.
Cops should receive double the sentence when guilty of a crime since they're given the right to enforce the law. They should know better than anyone so it only makes sense that they receive harsher punishments for breaking the law than everyone else. It's only fair and common sense in my opinion. This would put an abrupt end to all of the corruption that takes place.
Trying to find a good cop to turn in a bad cop, is like trying to find a unicorn :( and so many nowadays running around with a little gang symbol on, their little blue thin line that divides gang :(
The passenger dared to question the cop's demands and his ego couldn't take it! So he decides the punishment should be to destroy his life with false charges. All because his ego couldn't handle it. Until it is made clear that citizens do not have blindly follow orders from law enforcement these guys will continue to think they have every right to lie, cheat, fabricate, and destroy those who question their tiny egos.
WHY THE GELL DO ADD AN EDIT OR TURN OFF BUTTON???? THIS SHOULD BE ALL PASSWORD PROTECTED JUST LIKE MY PHONE OR CAMERA/USB!!! THIS SHOULD BE CHANGED ASAP!
