I know the video was uploaded a couple of years ago but for anyone coming across it now they do have a reception area for checking in now and staff there almost every day

Room 355 which I stayed in was definitely haunted , I see some one walk past the bedroom and thought it was my wife , I told her, she thought I was mad, the next night the bedroom door opened slowly from being closed to fully open right in-front of her eyes , and no doors or windows was open and there was no draft. But in a lighter note , the buffet is bang on both breakfast and dinner.
It's not an adapted room is it? We stayed at Chessington Hotel and the door kept opening on its own and it turned out it was on a sensor for wheelchair users and we kept setting it off and opening the door without realising.
Sorry I don't know, if you give customer services a call they should be able to tell you. I believe you can have a meal there as a walk in, so I don't see why you couldn't buy a meal plan.
When you arrive go to your allocated gate and they will have the pack there, although since I filled this the reception desk at the Wave is open again and I've heard they might be giving them out there now too.
