After a long time the receipe as like a chef and restaurant style. Cutting chicken was unnecessary as commonly usually no one does it at home,, It is an excellent perfect receipe.
Sometimes people ( Muslims) in foreign countries have to cut chicken. In KSA , it’s prohibited to give skinning and cutting services of chicken. You either buy whole chicken , or boneless chicken plates or extra ordinary big chicken pieces with skin especially in smaller cities. So people have no other choice but to cut a whole chicken to make it look like a good handi .
