RECIPE
*Marinate Chicken Buttermilk : (1 day)
7 Pieces Chicken Breast
1 Liter Buttermilk
*Marinate:(3 hours)
7 Pieces Chicken Buttermilk Marinated
2 Tbsp Garlic
1/2 Onions
2 Tbsp Salt
1 Tbsp Black Pepper
2 Tbsp Parika
1/2 Tbsp Ginger Powder
2 Tbsp Garam Masala
*Butter chicken:
3 Tbsp Oil
1 Dry Cardamam
1/2 Tbsp Cumin Seed
1/2 Onion
1 Tbsp Garlic
Chicken Marinated
*Butter Chicken Sauce:
5 Cans Tomatoes Sauce
1 Tbsp Garam Masala
1 Tbsp Parika
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Sugar
3 Tbsp Butter
Cook for about 1 Hour.
After 1 hour Add Whipping Cream , 1/2 Tsp Salt and Black Pepper, Cooked Chicken

Legit recipe. Personally I don't like chewing on the methi leaves, you can crush them in your hand and then take a smaller strainer and just shake them over the bowl.

Little extra steps makes world difference. If you add clintro and fresh mint while marranating omg and if you add cut the chicken at a angle and sire it dont crowd the pot adds hole new depth to butter chicken. I love this quick easier way looks great

Today I’m making the butter chicken, I marinated the chicken in Greek yogurt over night, I like yourself should’ve added the spices..... so now I’m marinating the chicken in the spices. I found all the spices at SPROUTS and I found Methi at the local Asian market. I’ll check back in much later.

This one was somewhere near the original. But still you didn't wait for the puree to boil up after adding pieces of chicken back in the gravy. It's very important to release the juices of chicken while being in the gravy. And always, always break the cardamom, green or black before frying it. But otherwise it's all good, even buttermilk also, many Indians use buttermilk.

Quang a quick advice/tip: The Naan or Roti that you have made needs to be thinner and more cooked. It looks undercooked to a naked eye. Let it roast till it has some black-brown spots. Make it a bit more CRISP.
