Butter Clams in Garibaldi, Oregon 

This was one of the best days harvesting for a local favorite in Garibaldi, Oregon. We went harvesting for butter clams and the best part was talking with a veteran that volunteers as a platoon leader in his chapter right here in Oregon. His name is Eric, great guy. The program deploys veterans to do volunteers work alongside nonprofit partners and community leaders to improve educational resources, tackle food insecurity, foster neighborhood identity, and more. Without his family & Reagan we wouldn’t have reached our goal. Thank you so much Eric.
