Instead of adding water for steam, change it up with a good slosh of white wine and finish with parsley! It's delicious. Nice vid.

Instead of the water use a little white wine, use a bit of course sea salt sprinkled over your garlic, use the back of your knife makes a lovely paste for your dish!.

Been collecting Cobo clams for yonks. I usually boil them up for a couple of minutes then pickle them. Thought my secret clam area was mine alone, now the whole world knows about it. 😀

I try never to add water when I’m cooking unless I have to. Try replacing it with white wine or even a light beer if you drink them lol.
