Butter Cookies 

Making butter cookies bring back fond memories of my younger years when I started to bake and sell. These butter cookies were the first products that I sold because it was simple, easy to make and did not require expensive nor special tools and equipments. You can just use a wooden spoon to mix if you do not have a mixer. This also does not require refrigeration. You can make these with your kids at home. You can add nuts, candies, raisins, chocolate chips for the topping. Make sure that you choose a good butter or butter blend. Happy Baking!

You can use 1 whole egg or 2 large egg yolks for this recipe.
