Thanks for watching our video and sharing your inputs😊 From my experience, baking time and temperature for second lot doesn't change... Except that the preheat step gets skipped. If top of the biscuits start cracking before originally defined time, OTG can we put off. Also it's ideal to cool down the tray before placing the second lot of biscuits. Hi Meena, guess cookies are not baked evenly.. sometimes baking time varies based on size of the cookies hence try to bake it for 5 more minutes and serve once it cools completely... hope you baked in preheated oven👍 if any challenges you face while preparing let me know _ am happy to help🙌..... Hi sis, 20min is recommended for the biscuits size as shown in the video(non-oven). However it can vary based on the size of biscuits...... so if the biscuit size is small reduce the time accordingly....thank you 🙏😊

Thank you for visiting our channel 😊 yes you can also use butter.... but procedure differs slightly. In my experience, biscuits made with ghee is the best. As requested: Butter 40gm( room temperature) / less than 1/2cup Powdered sugar - 50gm/1/2 cup Maida - 100gm/1cup
