These are amazing with the proper cup of cardamom ginger chai. I used to have those Osmani biscuits but I found the salty finish a bit off putting. It may make sense north of the mountains where the deserts pulled a lot of electrolytes out of the body and salt is required to replenish. I like these because the are sweet and actually from India.
I made these this afternoon and perfection, as with everything you make. My sister hates nankhatai, until she tasted these ones today 😄. My sister and I are big fans of yours and call you uncle, even though we are both older than you 🤣 please may you do your thing and show us how to make Bombay Ice Halwa/Paper Halwa. I have made many Meethais but this Ice Halwa is forever elusive, it never comes out like it should. The recipes available on RU-vid aren't the best to learn from so I really would be so happy if you fulfilled this request please ❤️

Mene bhi same quantity leli ...but oven me 170 pe 30 min se jyada bake kiye .fir bhi andar se kachha reh gaye.... Aur baher se ekkan hard hogaye ......😢😢

Hello chef, I tried your recipe, but it didn't come out as shown😒 The cookies melted and sprayed in the tray. I used black color tray which we get while buying the OTG. Also the ghee that I used was at room temperature but melted because of summer. Did these things affect the texture of the cookies? Cookies are crunchy though!
I tried this recipe it was yum It was little hard which was not baked properly and little soft from the previous one which was baked properly with more time as we got in market ,taste was same and too good The rise in its shape was on point and ek batch ko kadhai mein banane mein it took me 35-40 min I don't know why Here is a tip -: 1) Jitna bada banaoge utna space dena uske rise in shape ke liye, jyada conjusted mat karna 2) Jitna time inhone baking ke liye bataya hai usse Thora sa jyada time Dena jab tak Thora sa colour aane tak ka wait karna ,when you see Thora sa colour tab nikalna pehle nikal loge time ke according toh woh utte acche se nahi hua va hoga and the thing tum cake ki tarah usne toothpick insert karke check nahi kar sakte na ..ki hua hai ya phir nahi Dhoka ho jata hai time ke according bohot slightly sa colour aayega but aayega wait karna I baked 3 times in kadhai and got approx 14-15 naankhatai It you have ever tasted naankhatai so you must would be knowing it's taste ki ye bohot meetha hota hai
