Butter Cookies Recipe in Tamil | Biscuit Recipe Without Oven | Eggless Cookies in Pressure Cooker

In this video we will see how to make butter cookies recipe in Tamil. In this video we will be making eggless cookies with oven and without oven in pressure cooker. Both methods yield stunning results. Baking cookies / biscuits at home is a very rewarding experience. Nothing comes close to the smell of freshly baked cookies. I have created a checkerboard cookie design however you can either make a totally vanilla / chocolate cookie depending on your preference.
For baking in pressure cooker, use a layer of salt to hold the heat. Use a metal stand to elevate the baking tray. The baking surface should not be in direct contact with the salt and baking should be done by convection mode.

1/2 cup sugar and powder it, 3/4 butter, room temperature start beating with wire wisk until it become as cream texture. Vanilla essence if you had, pinch salt, and now add the powder sugar and mix well. Now mix 2 cup madia or wheat flour so no dough is ready to bake. If you wish in two colour and taste you can split the dough in to two half and in one half coca powder 1tbsp or little more. So now two different dough is ready. Wrap the dough in big toffee shape of the two dough in two separate paper and keep in fridge for 20 minutes. To cut the shape as desired.watch the video fully so that you know to shape . I've a doubt mam You said ½ cup of sugar (100grams) But 2 cup of maida is 250 gram.. 🤔 how come!! I gonna try this but confusing on measurement.. ! Please do clarify

Because all the ingredients in half cup are not 100 grams.they vary.Half cup is amount but gram is weight

I know it's been two months since I commented this but I'm adding one more point if you didn't understand If you have 1/2 cotton and 1/2 cup iron which will be heavier? Ofc iron ,the same way sugar is heavier than maida that is 1/2 cup sugar is 400grams and 1/2 maida is 250 grams...simple...
