BUTTER COOKIES WITHOUT OVEN
Ingredients
1 cup butter, softened
2/3 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/3 cup cornstarch
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
Stovetop- Cook on med heat for 30-35 minutes
Oven option - Cook at 350 degree F for 15 minutes
Note: Refrigerate or better freeze the cookies before baking for atleast 30 minutes especially if you are in warm place, to prevent the cookies from melting while baking.

I think that brand has salted and unsalted, but I do not know if one can substitute margarine for butter in this case (butter cookies), but you should find a video on YT giving substitutes for butter in making butter cookies, I think. All the best

You can just use regular flour no problem, the result will be slight different because starch will give it a crispier texture, but they would taste the same. ♥️
