If you use about 3 bananas and about 3 T. ground flax seeds you won't need eggs. I remake just about every recipe. I'm in Nepal so I can't always find the right ingredients.
Coconut flour, banana, refined sugar and plantain, all contain carbohydrates. All carbs turn to sugars before absorption takes place in the alimentary canal...body system.
Just made these with 1 tsp. cinnamon, and 1/8 tsp. nutmeg. Also added 1 flax egg (1 tbsp ground flax; 3-4 tbsp water), and chopped pecans and raisins. So yummy. Best cookies I've made in a long long time... maybe ever. Mmmmmm.
I've just finished baking these, so easy to make! I added 1tsp cinnamon powder, 1tblsp sunflower/pumpkin seed mix, 1tblsp shredded coconut and a handful of raisins to the mixture. Sooo yummy! 😋
I made these in a toaster oven instead of an oven (no temperature control), and they still came out perfect! Thank you for sharing this beautiful recipe ❤️
People I swear this recipy is the best in the world for crispy cookies vegan. I used coconut sugar and Chocolat chips instead of nuts, and coconut milk. Thank you ❤️❤️
I've been making similar cookies for years and these are BOMB with some glaze. My fave is lemon glaze. Just mix a few drops of lemon juice with some confectioners sugar. Pour it over the cooled cookies.
Just made these and replaced the sugar with jaggery powered that is very easily available here in India and used melted butter instead. They were so yummy and crispy. Thank you for this recipe.
Delicious, I used 45g extra virgin olive oil, 45g apple sauce as my butter/ fat. I used sukrin Gold sweetener(best one ever) and soya milk. It was tasty! I would knock back the sugar a tad a little too sweet for me but it went down a treat! Thanks

These were great. I'm definitely going to make again. They're so crispy. I baked for 21 minutes, 2 tbs milk, small amount of chocolate, dried cranberries, and used butter (2.7oz) with a scale.
Thank you for this easy recipe! I substituted sugar with stevia, coconut oil with extra virgin olive oil, milk with almond milk, plus added an egg white. I also added cinnamon and cardamom for spiciness. They are nice when warmed up too! ❤
@@marylombardi6224 I used a teaspoon of stevia drops instead of the sugar. You can use 1/2 teaspoon to reduce sweetness too. 😀Hence I added more milk and egg white to substitute sugar properly.
Have tried several oatmeal cookie recipes and I was always disappointed this is by far the best oat meal cookie recipe out there!!! Cookies are amazing and so easy to make. Thank you for sharing
I made this w 1 egg added and melted butter instead of coconut oil. Not sure how much... Less than a spoon of butter ig. Not much. I used very little sugar as well, only about half a teaspoon for the entire thing. It kept the sugar content low. It's not very sweet, but that's okay. I just wanted a crunchy, non mushy way to eat oatmeal...this was perfect. Thank you, they smelled nice. I also used about a serving of chia seeds instead of fruits/chocolates inside the mix. I reckon these cookies contain a decent amount of fiber... Next time, I might throw in some 100% peanut peanut butter for taste, or just smear it on after. So many ways to change it... Lovely recipe, thank you :)
I tried this earlier and it's really yummy! 💓💕Highly recommend this. I used canola oil because I didn't have coconut oil. And you can add chocolate chips!
One of the Best and easyest oat cookies recepiec. Thanks you. I also like when the recepiec is flexible. So here it is! Tried to add some corn flover and flax seeds for good degestion😅
Tip: if you don’t have coconut oil, use butter. Butter was the original ingredient but she substituted it for coconut oil. Therefore, it’s actually BETTER if you use butter so don’t be worried guys!
I make the coockies whit my granddaughter from 6 years old. She love baking so this was oure new experiment. And it was fantastic 👍👍 I never was found any receipt what was so good. My favorite cookies to make! Even with half the sugar called for. I add a few semi-sweet chocolate morsels to each cookie. Don't miss licking the batter bowl, just try to save some batter for baking. Thank you for this recipe! ❤
It turned out very well and tasted super good! I made this and stored as a snack during my diet! It was completely helpul and delicious! I enjoyed it alot! You guys try it too! Super simple!
I never comment on these videos because my cookies either turn stone hard or super soft and soggy but this video has been a blessing. PERFECT CONSISTENCY. Turned out cripsy and delicious, exactly how I wanted. For anyone looking for a reassurance, PLEASE DO TRY THESE.
Yes! So easy. Baked a couple soft; good, but I was not in love. Baked the rest until crisp. Delightful!! Topped crisp cookies with marshmallows and cocoa powder, heavenly. THANK YOU❤
@@frenchyladycuisine8314 I eyeballed them after 20 mins. They were bigger so about 25mins. I did the smoosh test in the middle w the back of a spoon. Worth the wait!👍
Made these last night, wow they are lovely not to sweet which I like, I did leave them in the oven for the longer time just because I like my biscuits crunchy. The recipe was easy to follow. Thank you for a lovely biscuit recipe.
i cant explain how good these came out.. they taste just like these oat cookies i used to buy in stores but even better, also knowing theres no bad additives. thank you so much for this recipe!! i will surely be using it more often in the future
I was skeptical about the cookies, but I decided to give him a try. The texture is a little different from regular oatmeal cookies. It wasn't bad. My problem came in is that the next day, they were hard like rocks. And I found that I had to keep on microwaving them just to soften them up. If you're willing to put up with that, they're not bad. Otherwise, use a traditional recipe.
I added 1 egg, 2 more tbsp of milk and 3 tbsp of cornstarch and 1 tsp cinnamon and they became my new favorite oat cookie, they are just perfect, also I added some chocolate chips to half of the batch. So good
I’ve just made these cookies 🍪 they are delicious. I love oats so a great way of having them. I also only used 50g of sugar as trying to reduce it. A lovely combo of ingredients thank you ♥️
I use less sugar too as I don’t like tasting sugar first in any recipe. U taste the oatmeal more. I add 2 T. Crunchy peanut butter and chocolate chips sometimes.
I was looking for a crispy oats cookies recipe and this is puuurrrfect! I used a little honey (30ml) instead of brown sugar, reduced the qty of coconut oil (1/4 cup) and added almond pulp ( the residue from home made almond milk)….yummy, low sweetness cookies!👍🏽
Love this simple recipe. I’m a new baker and this was great for me try. By my second time around I added shredded coconut and pecans 🤤 so good! Thank you!

@@ADEORITZ Hello. I just copied and doubled their recipe with additional 2 whole eggs and raisins. YOU CAN CLICK DESCRIPTION ON THE UPPER RIGHT CORNER. I did not baked it, so I used a frying pan. Instead of oil, I put butter, then cooked my desired size of cookies covered and on a low medium flame.
Thank you so so muchhhh! As a pesco vegetarian, I made these cookies today and I was so happy that they turned out so yummy! My fam love them too. Thank you again 🥺🥺🥺

Hey.. really very easy recipie.. If I did it, anyone can do it.. I tried it on my son's wish.. The cookies came out very well... chewy center..crispy ends..baked for 20 min.. Thanks for the clear steps and also the recipie details in description 👍🙂
For Cuisinart oven , I baked at 150°C for 30 mins … turned out same as shown in the video. Also, made the following variation: Replaced one cup oats with 1/2 cup oats and 1/2 muesli. Thank you for the yummy recipe. Will make again 🙂
I tried mine with 1/4 cup of sugar and it taste sooo good! However, why is mine so watery? Probably because of our weather since its hot here the oil did not harden. I'll try to do it again tom and i'll refrigerate the dough first. Anyway, thanks for the recipe! we loved it
The recipe I’ve been searching for! Thank you so much for sharing your work🙏 just made these with my son, took us less than an hour and came out delicious!!!
I made these but with ghee and doubled the recipe. This is very nice and simple, thank you so much for sharing this. I’m only a bit worried I could’ve added a bit more milk or slightly less whole wheat flour because they’re a tiny bit dry or I might’ve baked them for longer than I intended. Only 20 minutes, I should’ve gone for 18 for them to be softer 😰
Sooooo amazing I made it 2 times One as the recipe and the 2nd time i replace some of the oil with an egg and i add stiviea and some chocolate and it was almost the same so delicious 🤤
Just made these. I used palm shortening in place of coconut oil, coconut milk and monk fruit sweetener. Can’t wait to try them! Edit… they came out way too sweet and I didn’t even use the recommended amount of sweetener ( which was a one to one replacement). Next time I’ll use way less.
Baked this cookies and they are yumzzz! Changed he sugar levels a bit to suit my liking but they still turned out great! Added in some cashews, almond and pumpkin seeds to it, this recipe is a 10/10! 😍
