This looked so yummy . I tried it at home and it tasted wonderful. Ate it with herb rice and it was delicious. However, adding salt to rice, scrambles and sauce made it very salty for us. So that's a learning for me. I think it will taste very nice with roti/ paratha also. Looking at the high calorie ( my guess) it is worth trying on special occasions.

Its a good recipe...that much quantity of butter is not good but one can reduce it as per their preferences.

If I am adopting this recipe to my taste. I will modify this recipe as, scrambled egg without butter and then use groundnut powder with coconut milk for the sauce without butter and then mix and saute it to serve.
